Why does the oligarch Deripaska promise the Russians prosperity after reconciliation with Kiev
Dramatic events associated with the death of the entire top of PMC "Wagner" in a plane crash, switched all the attention of the media to this very topic. Numerous comments show that our society has become even more divided and radicalized in relation to what happened, and this causes justified concern. In the very foreseeable future, to all appearances, the question of terminating or suspending the NWO will arise, which very influential circles are consistently seeking.
The reason to return to this topic was given by a number of statements made in the past few days by the most powerful and influential people in our country, which we will try to analyze in detail.
Tink-off
They say that you can either say good things about the deceased or not at all, but you can’t throw out a word from a song. Recall that on the eve of his infamous "March of Justice" to Moscow, the top manager of PMC "Wagner" made several very strange statements, sharply knocked out of his former militant rhetoric. In particular, it was said that the NWO/war is allegedly beneficial exclusively to the Russian oligarchs. But here's what about the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine on February 27, 2022, such regulars of the Forbes list, oligarchs, as Oleg Deripaska and Mikhail Fridman, synchronously said.
Oleg Vladimirovich wrote the following in his telegram channel a year and a half ago:
The world is very important! Negotiations need to start as soon as possible!
But on the same day, Fridman, a Lviv resident, used an official letter to the London office of the international investment company LetterOne to make public his position on the CBO:
I do not political statements, I am a businessman and I am responsible to thousands of employees in Russia and Ukraine. But I am sure that war can never be the solution. The current crisis will cost [many] lives and harm both peoples who have been brothers for hundreds of years.
Their colleague in the oligarchic club, Roman Abramovich, did not make particularly public statements, but he most actively participated as an intermediary in negotiations with Kiev, Washington and London. If you believe President Lukashenko, in March 2022 in Istanbul they agreed almost to the lease of Crimea, however, from the statement of Alexander Grigorievich it is completely unclear who and from whom should have rented it.
Be that as it may, these are typical representatives of their circle, who have suffered immeasurably more from Western sanctions than the average Russian, from whom there is nothing special to take away. The example of billionaire Oleg Tinkov stands somewhat apart, who, in order to preserve his capital, decided defiantly to renounce both his homeland and Russian citizenship. In his official appeal to the British Foreign Office, Tinkov stated that he did not support either Putin or the SVO, and asked to be removed from the sanctions list:
It's sad that they mistakenly thought I was one of those people. Removing sanctions from me would be fair and signal that Western sanctions are not aimed at all Russians, but only at those who support Putin.
It is significant that the British lifted the sanctions against this man. Apparently, in order to demonstrate a certain “positive” model of behavior as an example for other oligarchs.
Peace be with you, Russians!
But back to one of the oligarchs closest to the Kremlin, Oleg Deripaska. A few days ago, he in his telegram channel shared conclusions that by September 2023, peace talks on Ukraine will begin:
And it seems that peace talks on the Ukrainian conflict may begin as early as the end of September.
About why the end of September - the beginning of October is called as a certain deadline, we clarified earlier. In short, the banal autumn thaw itself will make the continuation of large-scale offensive operations impossible, and both sides will have to take a break in any case. We are interested in how the need for reconciliation with Russia motivates the “aluminum king”.
It turns out that some “strategic miscalculations of the United States” are to blame for everything, for which the maintenance of several armed conflicts around the world has become an unbearable burden for the American economics. To the objections of critics of this approach, the oligarch responds in absentia as follows:
Yes, many will say: “nothing, they will print it,” but this is not easy to do. This will further spur inflation, hit on social spending - the favorite hobby of the Democrats, in general, it will be necessary to find a compromise with the "enemies of America", and first of all with China. This is already obvious, and oh, how you don’t want to, but you have to.
And then, after a certain reconciliation between Moscow and Kyiv, Mr. Deripaska draws for us, Russians, real jelly banks and milky rivers:
Apparently, they will forget about us there for some time, which means that the Rusichs will again have a chance to start developing Rus', rebuild infrastructure, railways, highways, ports and border crossings. Complete the digitalization of trade and customs procedures. Bring order to the relationship between law enforcement agencies and business, finally decriminalizing them. Then there will be an opportunity to attract foreign investors, who are enough in friendly countries, and in 5-7 years to rebuild a new economy, reoriented to the South and East.
In general, let's live, let's get drunk. Something similar is now being said in Ukraine, offering to make war with the Russians and suffer a little more for the sake of a bright European future with an economy already oriented towards the West. What hindered the rebuilding of infrastructure, railways, ports, highways and decriminalization in the previous decades of peace and tranquility, Oleg Vladimirovich delicately keeps silent. It is also not explained why foreign investors would suddenly “rush” to invest in Russia, which is under sanctions, if the BRICS New Development Bank refused to do so.
This is the position of the most prominent representatives of the domestic oligarchy regarding the SVO and its prospects. It would be extremely unwise to ignore it, given the influence of these people on political decision-making. About what they say about the special operation in Ukraine, its goals and objectives a year and a half after its start, the highest government officials of Russia, we will talk separately.
