Poroshenko intends to again send ships to the Kerch Strait

Despite the fact that an attempt to send Ukrainian ships across the Kerch Strait last November turned out to be the detention of both ships and sailors for Kiev, this was not enough for the president of Nezalezhnaya Petro Poroshenko. On the air of the ICTV channel, the Ukrainian leader announced his readiness to repeat such a demarche.

This time, he believes, the ships of his country “will definitely pass” through the Kerch Strait, since experts from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe will be on board. In addition, they will be accompanied by journalists.

Poroshenko did not name the exact date of the new passage attempt. According to him, only those who voluntarily want to take part in the action will be there. He also called the name of the activist, who longs to get on board one of the ships.

I do not exclude that there will be journalists, OSCE experts. And Irina Gerashchenko really asks

- said the president of Ukraine. He added that in this way these "volunteers" intend to uphold "freedom of navigation."

It should be noted that Irina Gerashchenko holds the position of vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. She is known for her fierce anti-Russian stance. Meanwhile, in Russia additional claims may be made against her.

The fact is that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case on the death of torture in a Ukrainian prison in Russia Valeria Ivanova. At the end of 2017, this person was supposed to be released as part of an exchange of prisoners, but it was Irina Gerashchenko who at the last moment deleted him and more than a dozen Russian citizens from the lists. Thus, she is actually one of the accomplices in the murder of Ivanov.

It doesn’t matter what the enemy plans, it is important that the Russian leadership is ready to defend the inviolability of the Russian borders and, regardless of who violates our borders, again and again. Otherwise, what will be the Russian leadership? And for whom does the Russian Commander-in-Chief work?
