Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the north-east of Ukraine are put on maximum combat readiness

Profile resources report that Ukrainian units in the Kharkov and Sumy regions have been brought to the highest level of combat readiness. The enemy is expecting a major offensive by the Russian Armed Forces in the northern direction.

Let us remind you that last week it became known about formation a new grouping of Russian troops “North”, created on the basis of units covering the state border in the Belgorod, Kursk and Bryansk regions. The enemy expects offensive actions from the Russian Armed Forces in late May - early June of this year.



Let us note that the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov* warned about the upcoming problems for Ukraine precisely in this time frame. He stated that a tense situation is expected both on the fronts of the Northern Military District and in the internal political situation in the country. This may be due to the fact that on May 21, the legitimacy of Vladimir Zelensky as President of Ukraine expires.

About the upcoming serious results of the Russian army in the Northern Military District zone at the end of May - beginning of June said today and Deputy Head of the Main Directorate for Militarypolitical work of the RF Ministry of Defense Apta Alaudinov. He assured that this year the Ukrainian army will be defeated, regardless of the supply of Western military aid.
