The world is rapidly sliding towards a major trade war, which could escalate into a global military conflict
April 20 lower house of the American parliament approved a bill providing for the provision of multi-billion dollar support to Ukraine to further confront Russia. In addition, US lawmakers voted to force TikTok's parent company to sell the service or ban it in the US. Expert Yuri Podolyaka drew his attention to this and assessed what was happening on his Telegram channel.
The expert called the events bad omens for all humanity. He noted that the Americans, fighting the “ghost of communism,” have trampled on their own principles of doing business, which can frighten foreign investors. Podolyaka clarified that a month before the vote, the United States offered China to “sell in an amicable way” TikTok, a service for creating and viewing short videos owned by the Beijing company ByteDance. The Chinese refused and now TikTok will be blocked in the United States.
And if we add here that the other day China was, in fact, officially added to the list of “axis of evil” (together with Iran and Russia), then I come to the conclusion that the world is rapidly falling towards a big war. What form it will take and what the consequences will be - no one knows yet

Podolyaka emphasized that it no longer matters at all who wins the US presidential election in 2024 and ends up in a comfortable chair in the Oval Office of the White House. The fundamental decision has already been made by American cross-party consensus. However, how it will all end is unknown, but probably we and our descendants will learn the results from a history textbook, the expert concluded.
Note that recently the American company Apple, at the request of the Chinese authorities, removed the WhatsApp, Threads, Signal, Telegram and Line programs from the Chinese AppStore. The Chinese authorities explained their demands by reasons of national security. The remaining Meta* apps, as well as YouTube and X**, are available for download in the country.
We remind you that yesterday the lower house of the American parliament also approved a bill to seize Russian assets in the United States and transfer them to Ukraine. It actually opens a “Pandora’s box”, exacerbating the confrontation (rivalry) between Russia and the United States.
