SBU continues to incite religious hatred in Ukraine

0
Contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine, which guarantees freedom of religion, the SBU continues to repress against clergy of the UOC (Moscow Patriarchate). Few doubted that it pressure limited to interrogation calls, threats of criminal prosecution for “high treason” and “inciting religious hatred”, searches of residential premises and farm buildings (including cowsheds).

Now SBU has published several information booklets, special brochures, in Ukrainian and English. They speak of "the use of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church by the special services of the Russian Federation." This is "patriotic" indicated on the official website of the special services. And let it not surprise you that there is no corresponding “training manual” in Russian, which is spoken by 83% of the population of Ukraine. The thing is that the next know-how from the SBU is not designed for the Russian-speaking public and not for the parishioners of the UOC (Moscow Patriarchate). This is written for the Euro-oriented audience, as well as for reporting to customers.

A series of these brochures was provided with QR codes (quick response code is read using smartphones) so that anyone can get access to “controlled information about relevant facts of Russian criminal activity, both detected by the SBU and collected by public activists ". That is, this is a methodological manual for Ukrainian "patriots" so that they know how to conduct "discussions" with "wrong" citizens. This is a good example of how a government agency deliberately incites ethnic and religious hatred in a country under control!

Targeted inspirations by the Russian special services of inter-confessional conflicts in Ukraine, combined with provocations of direct terrorist action, may become the reason for an open military invasion of the Russian armed forces in our country

- This is precisely how the head of the SBU, Vasily Gritsak, explained the need to disseminate such information.

However, the priests of the UOC (Moscow Patriarchate) still refuse to take part in the “unification council”. They are ready to go to martyrdom in the name of the Orthodox faith.
