2
It became known that December 3, 2018 at 14:31 Moscow time. at the Baikonur Cosmodrome, from the site No. 1 (Gagarinsky Launch), the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle (LV) with the Soyuz MS-11 transport manned spacecraft (TPK) was successfully launched. This is reported by the state corporation "Roskosmos".

At 14:40 Moscow time. Soyuz MS-11 TPK regularly separated from the third stage of the launch vehicle in a predetermined near-earth orbit and continued its autonomous flight to the International Space Station (ISS) under the control of employees of the Russian Mission Control Center (MCC). The approach to the ISS and the docking of the TPK with the small research module “Search” (MIM2), which is part of the ISS, should be automatic in a four-turn mode.

The docking of the TPK is scheduled for December 3, 2018 at 20:35 Moscow time. Onboard the TPK are members of the long-term expedition ISS-58/59: cosmonaut Roscosmos Oleg Kononenko, NASA astronaut Ann McClain, CSA astronaut (Canada) David Saint-Jacques.

We are looking forward to the crew getting in touch with the ISS and the successful return of the crew of the previous mission to Earth. Before that we in detail informed our readers about when Russia will build a base on the moon and about other problems facing the Russian cosmonautics and the space and rocket industry.
