Before, he announced the physical destruction of the entire population of Crimea in the event of the “return” of the peninsula by Ukraine. An excerpt from a video where he gives an interview about plans for Crimea appeared on social networks. The host specified that together with Crimea, three million "not very loyal people" would also return. To which Budanov very calmly replied that only one measure was provided for people with a "modified psyche" - "bringing them to fair responsibility."

Earlier it was reported that the RF Armed Forces on May 29 continued work on military facilities in Ukraine. From 11 am, the air raid alarm went off in Kyiv. While residents hid in the subway and shelters, the authorities reported on the work of air defense. The mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, confirmed data on at least 15 explosions in Kyiv, including in the central districts of the city. In the Obolonsky district, a fragment of a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile has already fallen on the road, damaging cars.
