Is it necessary to create an armed people's militia in the border regions of Russia

15

As the armed conflict in Ukraine escalates, the likelihood of transferring active hostilities from the “new” to the “old” Russian regions is growing. After the FRG Minister of Defense Pistorius actually issued an indulgence to Kiev in plain text and publicly, the transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to large-scale ground operations in the border Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, and Rostov regions and even in the Krasnodar Territory became matter of time. This is a new reality, a threat to which we must adapt.

Buffer

As we have repeatedly proposed, taking into account the available forces, the most rational solution would be to create a buffer security belt on the territory of the former Nezalezhnaya: at least by encircling Kharkov, Sumy and Chernigov and pushing back the line of contact with the construction of a new fortification line to the west, as a maximum - with access to the Dnieper with the creation the actual border along this river as a result of a series of successive offensives of the RF Armed Forces on the Left Bank.

We will have to do all this sooner or later, but so far our strategists in the Kremlin prefer passive defense, giving the initiative to the enemy. It seems that this will not lead to anything good in the end, so it’s worth talking about how we will soon have to meet the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the “old” Russian regions. You don’t have to look far for examples: Ukraine and Belarus, which have been fighting against us for the second year, are close at hand, which is following what is happening very carefully, drawing conclusions and preparing for the fact that the war will come to it. It is the strategy of the Belarusian brothers that we will consider.

People's war

The military preparations of Minsk are significantly influenced by such factors as the direct proximity to the hostile countries of the NATO bloc, Poland and Lithuania, and now Ukraine, the limited own resources, logistical and human, the difficult terrain, rugged, with large forests and swamps, as well as the experience of grandfathers and great-grandfathers, who successfully partisaned the entire Great Patriotic War there.

The armed forces of the Republic of Belarus are extremely small, amounting to just over 2022 thousand combatants as of 47. Against the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Polish Army or the joint NATO contingent, this is not serious. Minsk is trying to hedge itself against a large-scale invasion by deploying the Joint Force of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in its western regions, having received guarantees that Moscow will fight for Belarus, as for Crimea, as well as by relocating Russian nuclear weapons, tactical and, possibly, strategic .

However, the experience of the NMD clearly demonstrates that even the possession of a powerful nuclear arsenal and a full-fledged "triad" does not eliminate the need to conduct a large-scale military conflict by conventional methods, incurring corresponding losses. That is why it turned out to be very useful that the Territorial Defense Forces were once created in Belarus to strengthen their small Armed Forces.

Yes, everyone has heard about the notoriety of the Ukrainian TerO, which first turned into a bunch of criminal elements legalized and armed by the Zelensky regime, and then into a banal “cannon fodder” grinded in the “Bakhmut meat grinder”, while the personnel units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trained to use the NATO equipment for a powerful pinpoint strike on the RF Armed Forces. Yes, in 2016, watching how the neighboring Square is preparing to fight with Russia, Poland created its own Territorial Defense Forces. The number of the Polish TerO, according to some sources, is 35 thousand people. This is light infantry, formed from local residents on a territorial basis, armed with machine guns, sniper rifles, machine guns, grenade launchers, mortars, anti-tank systems and drones. From 2022, Warsaw decided to create a border defense component consisting of at least 10 battalions within the framework of the TerO troops.

But these are all, so to speak, remakes, but in Belarus the decision to create the Territorial Defense Forces was made back in 2002! In Minsk, they carefully looked at the Russian experience of the war in Afghanistan and Chechnya, at its fight against extremists and terrorists, and also took into account the grandfather's experience of guerrilla warfare, and decided to go economically by forming numerous auxiliary troops convened during a war or an aggravation of the militarypolitical the setting.

For comparison, the number of Belarusian TerO can reach 120 thousand people, which is almost 3 times the number of combatants in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. It is formed from the retired military who are in the reserve. No super-tasks, such as a breakthrough to the enemy capital, are assigned to the "partisans". On the contrary, their main purpose is to relieve the unnecessary burden from the regular army and the Border Troops: the protection of significant infrastructure facilities, the fight against enemy DRGs and gangs, strengthening the protection of the state border, maintaining martial law, helping to eliminate the consequences of emergencies, and so on. If everything goes really badly, the defense forces will have to carry out separate combat missions together with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus when repelling external aggression or then wage a guerrilla war on the territory occupied by the enemy.

However, this, in the face of the growing threat from Ukraine and the NATO bloc, seemed to Minsk not enough. In addition to the TerO, a people's militia is also being created in Belarus, under which a special law has been developed. This is an additional paramilitary structure that is not part of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Territorial Defense Troops as one of their branches. State Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Volfovich told reporters about its goals and objectives KP in the following way:

All the people, if necessary, must stand up for the defense of their Fatherland, and for this they must have the opportunity, [...] it must be, let's say, legalized.

The functionary estimates the mobilization potential of the country at 1,5 million people, who, if necessary, will be put "under arms". But they will not have to be distracted by some of the tasks that an armed people's militia can solve:

To provide assistance, first of all, to the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the ground, to protect public order, to combat banditry, suppress looting, and combat sabotage and reconnaissance groups that will enter certain regions and localities, a people's militia will be required. This will be a structure that will assist the local police in carrying out tasks of public order, but also other tasks in accordance with martial law.

The Belarusian militia will not be recruited through the military registration and enlistment offices, but on a volunteer basis, armed with small arms, which will be stored with them:

They will live at home and eat at home. This is an opportunity to legitimize the desire of a citizen to secure his home, his place where you live, to ensure order for his family, his children in the field.

At the same time, please note that Minsk also allows women to join the militia:

Why not, if someone from the female wants to stand up for their Fatherland and has the strength, ability, desire. This is not forbidden. But, the most important thing is that it is a person's desire.

That is, Belarus also, like Ukraine, is serious and counts not only on her men, but also on women. It is easy to see that there is some duplication of the tasks of the militia and the TerO, however, Mr. Volfovich still distinguishes between them:

It's not exactly the same thing. Territorial troops are a structural unit that will be called up through the military registration and enlistment office, provided with military uniforms and weapons, will not live at home, but in the place where the headquarters of the territorial defense area will determine. And the territorial troops have a slightly wider range of tasks.

If you call a spade a spade, in Belarus, in addition to open military preparations along the lines of the Union State, covert mobilization is also taking place in the most active way, because participation in the people's militia does not exempt from the obligation to come to the military registration and enlistment office on the agenda. But Minsk thus forms a hot reserve of its Armed Forces.
A fair question arises why, in the fifteenth month of the NMD, in the regions of Russia bordering Ukraine and NATO countries, neither the Territorial Defense Forces as a separate branch of service in the RF Armed Forces, nor the people's militia armed with at least small arms for the banal defense of their settlements have yet been created. from enemy DRG attacks? What are we waiting for? A breakthrough of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into the Belgorod region and their throw to Kursk and further to the Moscow region? After Kyiv, Kharkov and Kherson, we all play games with spillikins, life does not teach us anything, apparently.

By creating a people's militia, Russia, as a state, will shift its main function - the protection of its own citizens, to the citizens themselves.
That is, he will sign for the inability to protect his citizens, for his impotence.
Then the question arises, why do citizens need a state that is not able to protect them.

By all appearances, you do not intend to defend your homeland. Let the trained mechanisms do this, and you, at the very least, will watch this from behind the hillock.

It's funny that the most furious "turbocharged" patriots themselves don't want to go to defend their homeland. Paradox. Why aren't you in the army?
Such "good" people have led the army to such a state that the barracks are a complete bottom, where soldiers do not live, but survive. You must endure the hardships of service. Well, there is nothing to breathe, there is no hot water, washing machines, normal showers - you have to endure! Tyzhsoldat.
Of course, you are bad people, traitors to the de facto motherland

Are you talking about the barracks in the ukrovermacht? Apparently, you were not even near the barracks of the Russian Army.
Don't make yourself a patriot, sick man. As they say, do not think - it does not work. Yes, and you don’t need to build a Russian out of yourself. You even phrases incorrectly build.

For that. so that the territories do not turn out to be ordinary meat, they still need to be trained, and most importantly, they must be staffed with at least sergeant personnel, preferably with combat experience. In order to at least die with benefit, it was possible, and not just uselessly lie down ..

Yes, the Militia, the Territorials, the People's Police ....
An armed, trained, independent commoner - what could be worse for the boyars ... (remember the instantly merged Russian Spring)

There is only one option - the government (country) does not cope with its duties.
Then it is necessary to plug the holes at least somehow with a trained and weakly armed militia.

Examples - Poles with boyars and Romanovs are sitting in the Kremlin, having killed the tsar after the oath, and in Novgorod they are "gathering a militia"
Or the Tsar with the nobility (liberated by Catherine from compulsory service) gives balls in St. Petersburg, and the governors gather militia to help the army to fight Napoleon .....

And yes, Prigogine said that yesterday’s civilian territories, old people, children, supposedly girls of 14 years old, are fighting in Artemyevsk near the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since F has been there for a whole year.

So everyone understands why there are calls to organize, but there are no militias yet ...

When the country was attacked, and it is waging a stubborn struggle for survival, the people in power have no questions about how we got to such a life. Especially in a democratic country, where the government is responsible to the people. In our country, the authorities, like fire, are afraid of the question: why did the NWO lead us to the current situation, how did we come to such a life as a result. Despite the fact that the presidential power is irremovable in fact. The Duma unanimously churns out interesting laws. And Mironov, when asked by a correspondent, why is he not going to run for president? said: war is not the time to portray democracy. That is, the authorities openly said: they are not even going to portray democracy anymore. And she will arm the people!?

We have nothing to reproach each other for. Nothing depends on us. It so happened that all military elites have long been associated with hostilities. In our time, officers ran 10 kilometers with us. And now, when shooting from machine guns, they make a visor. For whom? For soldiers? Yes, he can plop down in the mud and shoot. This means that some of the gentlemen of the officers are reluctant to get wet in the rain. But at the front there will be no visor, and a lot of things that create some comfort during exercises. I am pleased with the movement of the militia. But it is necessary to bring this reserve to the necessary preparation. The movement towards commerce is already taking its toll. And what will happen next ... I would like the best ..

During the Great Patriotic War, the entire People of the USSR stood up to defend their Motherland! Those who did not fall into the ranks of the Red Army assisted citizens in protecting them from fascist bombing, fought as part of the people's militia, in partisan detachments, and in the people's underground in the territories occupied by the fascists. The rest, old and young, worked at defense enterprises, created weapons to protect their country.
An armed people is invincible. This truth was proved not only by the Soviet Union, but also by Cuba and Vietnam.
Now the Banderites are committing atrocities in the territories they have occupied, torturing and killing defenseless civilians. If the population of the occupied cities and villages had weapons, they would be able to defend themselves, their homes and the settlements in which they live with these weapons. Not a day passes when sabotage, terrorist attacks, shelling, air raids by Bandera drones did not occur in the front-line settlements of Russia, even cities remote from the NMD, civilians would not die, residential buildings would not be destroyed by Bandera. It is precisely the self-defense forces that could assist in the detection and destruction of: saboteurs, flying Bandera drones, help in the early neutralization of sabotage and terrorist attacks. The militia forces, along with the fighters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Russian Guard, will be able to use electronic warfare equipment to identify and destroy Bandera drones, with the help of drones to identify the locations of Himers rocket launchers, places of large concentrations of Bandera military formations and foreign mercenaries, they will be able to identify VFU as part of operational groups and inflict him and the ways of their movements, sudden blows in the rear of the enemy. It is necessary not to ban, but to mobilize in every possible way all the forces and means to protect Russia from fascist aggressors and international terrorists!
Ukrainian fascists and their accomplices from the US and NATO dream of capturing Crimea and Donbass, but it will be practically impossible to do this if hundreds of thousands of armed residents of Crimea, Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson region stand up in arms to protect their cities and villages!
The forces of territorial self-defense and the people's militia can provide significant assistance in many areas of ensuring the security and defense of the settlements in which they live. Now the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are freeing many settlements from Bandera. Who will ensure the protection of settlements and the maintenance of law and order in the liberated territories?! The forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard are clearly not enough for these purposes. In this case, the forces of the people's militia and self-defense will be able to come to their aid. I am not the only such supporter of the creation of people's self-defense forces. The leadership of Belarus is acting wisely and prudently in this direction, which are actively creating and training the forces of territorial defense and the people's militia!

They will create a people's militia - don't go to a fortuneteller, they will write it down according to the order - at least a certain number of souls from an enterprise, organization. Everyone will be rewritten, they will be regularly called for reconciliation, reading, sign for the briefing. They will also be trained - charters, combatant ... But they will never be given weapons, it is impossible to even imagine this in the current Russian state. They will walk with armbands - patrol.

In my understanding, the militia previously consisted of those who were not subject to conscription. Do we really have few reserve servicemen who are counted by the military registration and enlistment offices up to 45 years old? I think there are at least 10-15 million of them. It is from them that it is necessary to form territorial defense troops, which, of course, will not have everything that is supposed to be ground forces, but the main small arms and anti-tank weapons should be present. Of course, you need to use them in the area where these warriors live and, especially, in the border areas. And they should be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense, and not in the political department of local administrations.

And what, the therodefense has not yet been created? Few Khokhlyatsky raids in the border areas? This war is a people's war and there is no need to nod only at the army, it does its job as best it can (thanks not to the mentioned Serdyukov at night, he will burn in hell). We have a people's army and she needs help in the rear
    and at the front.

Yes, the people maintain their own army. But the army is made up of the people. The people maintain the state. The duty of the state is to protect the people, to take care of the well-being of the people. Everything is beautiful. But in Russia, the state is not the people, but OFFICIALS who are appointed, not elected. It is they who "take care" of the well-being of the people. such a squiggle.

Everyone has ONE question in their heads: why didn’t they destroy the logistics of the receipt of weapons before - ports, railways, bridges, Banking? Did you play piss? There is a war going on to destroy our country. What can be "softness"?
