Can the “shadow cabinet” protect Russia from a US decapitation strike?

The confrontation between Russia and the collective West has already reached such a stage that the American press began to openly discuss not only scenarios of a hypothetical war with our country, but also the assassination of its first person, who is President Vladimir Putin. What conclusions should be drawn from this in the Kremlin?

В interviewAccording to TASS, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made the following statement:

Washington went the furthest: there, some “unnamed officials” from the Pentagon actually threatened to inflict a “decapitation blow” on the Kremlin, in fact, we are talking about the threat of the physical removal of the head of the Russian state. If such ideas are actually hatched by someone, this someone should think very carefully about the possible consequences of such plans.

The reason for such a sharp statement was publication in the American magazine Newsweek, which described two options for Washington's response to a possible Russian nuclear strike on Ukraine. The first scenario involves a limited nuclear strike against our country from submarines with low-yield nuclear warheads of Trident ICBMs, which have recently appeared in service with the US Navy. The second implies the same pinpoint strike with ballistic or cruise missiles, but without a special warhead, that is, a conventional one. Such plans often appear in the Western press, as a rule, they serve as an informational background for pushing through some international agreements on Washington's terms.

We are interested in why the publication of Newsweek, which was published back in September 2022, was noticed in Moscow only towards the end of the outgoing year. Perhaps because there was a phrase decapitation strike to kill Putin in the heart of Kremlin, which can be translated as "a decapitation strike to kill Putin in the heart of the Kremlin." And it really looks like a very personal threat. In defiance of the famous phrase of Vladimir Vladimirovich about the martyrs that the Russians should become in the event of a nuclear war with the United States, the Americans personally identified him as a target for a targeted nuclear strike:

And we, as a victim of aggression, we, as martyrs, will go to heaven, and they will simply die. Because they won't even repent.

At the same time, for some reason, the Pentagon's plans do not consider the scenario of a Russian retaliatory nuclear strike against the aggressor country at all. This is very strange and leads to disturbing thoughts.

The problem is that too much in our country is tied personally to the figure of the president, who over the past 20 years has built the so-called vertical of power. In particular, it is on his will that the further course of the special military operation in Ukraine depends, and hence the fate of the numerous Western sanctions imposed against Russia. The change of the first person in the Kremlin to someone more loyal to the West and constructive is objectively beneficial for a very wide range of people both abroad and in Moscow. Ukrainians directly speak about this policy, the dream of fugitive domestic liberals and probably secretly some oligarchs whose business interests have suffered from anti-Russian sanctions. Recently, President Zelensky explicitly called on the NATO bloc to strike at the "decision-making centers" in the Kremlin:

Look, if you hit Bankova, then there will be a hit where you are, on the one who gives the task to kill people. If you do this, you should know that in a second, regardless of the result of your blow, there will be a blow to decision-making in you, in your state.

Like this. And here is what else Newsweek wrote about possible ways to “decapitate” Russia:

Military sources tell Newsweek that subtle steps are being taken regarding nuclear threats, including moving submarines and aircraft and deploying B-52 bombers. But they emphasize that non-nuclear military options — the use of conventional weapons and special operations, as well as cyber and space attack — are in the spotlight, including a decapitation strike to kill Putin in the heart of the Kremlin.

Special operations are, presumably, the actions of special forces, but is it American? Why not allow the Pentagon to contract the Ukrainian special services for such a dangerous business, providing them with all the necessary intelligence? It will be much easier for Ukrainian saboteurs to get lost in Moscow than for some American "green berets", right? At one time, the killers got to John Kennedy, and to Indira Gandhi, and to Anwar Sadat, and to Yitzhak Rabin, and many more to whom.

It's not funny anymore. It should be remembered that in the event of the death or inability to perform the duties of the President of the Russian Federation, according to the law, his powers are transferred to the head of the government of the Russian Federation as an interim, and after that, early elections should be called. And if the enemy delivers a successful decapitating strike on Moscow and the death of the entire military-political leadership, the controllability of the country and the army in the NVO zone can rapidly fall apart. Then all hopes will remain on the mysterious “Perimeter”, that it really is as reliable and effective as it is supposed to be, but I don’t want to check this at all.

The above means that the Russian military-political leadership also needs to start living according to the laws of wartime in every sense. In addition to strengthening security measures, it may be advisable to create a “shadow cabinet” and duplicate the administrative circuit somewhere in Novosibirsk, turning it into a de facto reserve capital. How this will help in preventing decapitation, we detail told back in August 2021. Well, we must more decisively finish off the enemy in his lair.

This whole topic is being twisted by the sharks of the bourgeoisie. Our intelligence agencies know them. I hope they know where to get them. All governments -yagupops "- 13, 14, etc. For this, pointwise" open an account "for the most odious cones, put others before the fact of" nuclear destruction of their holes ", and the whole world will breathe freely. Until the core of the" bourgeois abscess is cleaned ", there will be no sense, because their sophisticated mind will give rise to more and more ungodly forms of the destruction of the world. All this should be carried out under the motto "Destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah of the 21st century."

How much was written BEFORE, who will attack whom .... And all the horror films went to dust.
Those who are suddenly hit by shells from nowhere will probably go to heaven ...
Well, all sorts of Gorbachevs, Yeltsins and others die in old age, with fame, money, connections, and the Presidents reward them and see them off on their last journey ...

Russia, with all the authorities and laws, lives under an absolute monarchy. And even the President is elected for life, like Tsar Michael in 1613.

As the late Zadornov used to say: "only with us."
Only here in December 1991 the country fell apart because three dudes met at night in the Belovezhye forest and signed a paper.? Yes, only we...

Therefore, everything is possible .... What the author writes about is possible even as !!

not tired of replicating this nonsense?

29 million Ukrainians voted for secession of Ukraine from the USSR.
and only 3 million were against it.
even earlier, that USSR was sent to hell in the Baltics, Moldova, Transcaucasia.
So it remained from that SSG - only the RSFSR and Belarus. Central Asia is purely nominal.
so that 3 people only issued what happened after the fact.

Nobody canceled the official data, 70% of Ukrainians were "for the preservation of the USSR"

I will add that I found the USSR and remember the results. Which have not changed at all in Russia for 31 years. Although the power has become different. It can be seen - in your "Ukraine" the past depends on the present .... That's it!

          This was in March 1991.
and additionally there was a question

“Do you agree that Ukraine should be part of the Union of Soviet Sovereign States on the basis of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Ukraine?

          - 80% YES.
So even the March results can be interpreted in both directions.

But in August, the GKChP clearly showed everyone what the words about "a renewed federation of equal sovereign republics in which rights and freedoms will be fully guaranteed" are worth.
          are worth nothing.

And in December there was a new referendum, the results of which went to draw up Kravchuk - Fokin - Zlenko.
What was Yeltsin to do? send troops to Ukraine?
it did not help, neither in Tbilisi nor in Vilnius, and the troops refused to carry out such orders.

Well, Ukraine did not want to be in the same state with Russia anymore, it wanted to go to Europe.
And now he does not want to be with the Russian Federation.

As for the "party organizers", again, no need to lie. The CPSU was dispersed by Yeltsin in November 1991. Until the collapse of the USSR. And not the legality of his actions in relation to the all-Union organization was confirmed in 1992. When it was too late to drink Borjomi.

In 1993, the Constitutional Court recognized the illegality of actions in relation to the All-Russian Congress of People's Deputies. Criminal, bandit Your Yeltsin!

In March 1996, the State Duma of the Russian Federation recognized the Bialowieza treaty as not legitimate, and Yeltsin's actions indicated the corpus delicti under the article on treason. As under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the same under the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.

You seem to have a double standard. The fact that the CPSU was dispersed is not legally normal? That a country with a population of hundreds of millions can easily be declared divided "so as not to send troops" - is that also normal?

The referendums held in Ukraine are legally void, they can only be classified as a poll of the population. Further.
The unilateral appeal adopted on December 5, 1991 by the Supreme Council of Ukraine “To the Parliaments and Peoples of the World”, by which it announced that “Ukraine considers the 1922 Treaty on the Establishment of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics with respect to itself null and void” is void, since in 1936 a new The Constitution of the USSR, with the entry into force of which the Constitution of the USSR of 1924 ceased to operate, including the Treaty on the Formation of the USSR of 1922. The Treaty on the Formation of the USSR of 1922 did not exist as an independent legal document.
The exit of the union republic of Ukraine from the USSR was possible only with a positive decision received at the USSR referendum and the implementation of the USSR Law of April 3, 1990 No. 1409-I “On the procedure for resolving issues related to the exit of the union republic from the USSR”.
The USSR Constitution of 1977 was adopted by all the peoples of the USSR, and only the entire people of the USSR could give permission for Ukraine to leave the USSR.
The exit of Ukraine without a nationwide referendum in the USSR and the failure to comply with the law of April 3, 1990 No. 1409-I is a criminal offense that has no statute of limitations.
The Treaty "On Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership between the Russian Federation and Ukraine" dated May 31, 1997 ceased to be valid on April 1, 2019 due to its denunciation by Ukraine. The termination of this Treaty releases the Russian Federation from any obligation in relation to Ukraine.
The federal republics of the USSR were not given the right to an independent, unilateral withdrawal from the USSR, without the permission of the entire people of the USSR.
Article 72 of the Constitution of the USSR. Each union republic retains the right to freely secede from the USSR. There is also Art. 73-81.
Dear, in essence, you can answer my comment indicating the laws of the USSR or other documents of the USSR, only without slogans about party organizers.

Conducted referendums in Ukraine are legally null and void

with t.z. the laws of the USSR may be insignificant, I am not an expert in the history of the jurisprudence of the USSR.
But in any case, Kravchuk carried out the decisions of that multimillion-dollar "survey", and not his own Wishlist.

Illegal? well, it was necessary to call "02" and call a sufficiently large squad of police to, according to the letter of the law, imprison 30 million Ukrainians who voted for independence as accomplices in a crime "without a statute of limitations."
And also - several million more Georgians, Balts, Moldovans, Azerbaijanis and Armenians.
Somewhat earlier, in Vilnius and Tbilisi, they tried to do just that. But the police detachments sent (reinforced by army units) were not large enough.
After the GKChP was dispersed (I don’t presume to judge who was closer to the letter of the laws of the USSR), the militia / KGB / army units loyal to the USSR completely thinned out. That's where the USSR ended.
There was no one to arrest even 3 "dudes" in Belovezhskaya Pushcha ...

Curious reasoning of a respected author, especially in the light of two strikes on the Engels airfield in the last month. The issue, of course, requires attention, and it is not for nothing that the very busy Mr. Lavrov took the time to talk about this in his last interview. The interview with the first channel was recorded recently, which means there was an extra. information in addition to the September publication of Am. magazine.
I see two things for myself:
    1. If everything was fine with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they would not have threatened the first person with their fists, but would have acted.

I assume that the threats are an attempt to put pressure on them, to shake them, at the same time to look at the reaction, to probe for weaknesses, which, for example, the security service will begin to strengthen.

Moscow must officially declare and write in its military strategy not a retaliatory, but a preemptive nuclear strike in the event of a threat of an attack by NATO, QUAD, AUKUS and any other adversaries using nuclear, conventional, conventional and any other weapons, as well as in the event of threats to official representatives The Russian Federation, just as it is written in the DPRK and the war with NATO in Ukraine, is precisely such a reason for the use of nuclear weapons against the United States and the EU, and this must be made known to the whole world, and so that it does not come out as an ultimatum about non-expansion of NATO and return to the borders of 1979 and undermining the northern streams with impunity, it is necessary to back up the words with concrete deeds - tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, launch a missile that can circle the planet for a week, bypassing air defense systems

The problem of the enemy's possibility of "decapitation" of Russia (if it exists) has several approaches to its solution, each of which provides several specific technical solutions.
For example, the danger of decapitation of the USSR that arose in 1962 was caused by the short flight time of the missiles deployed by the Americans in Turkey and Italy, which did not allow then the leadership of the USSR to decide on a retaliatory strike.
The USSR could not prevent the decapitation. The solution was that an advanced missile division was created in Cuba, which created an immediate danger to US territory.
The decapitation factor was then neutralized by transferring to this division the right to make a decision to attack the United States without the participation of Moscow, in particular, in any attack on it.
We created a real threat of starting, within a few days, a nuclear war on their territory and fired the world's first "warning shot" with a nuclear weapon ("Tulip" exercises).
The missile battalion in Cuba has become a good "commodity" for exchange in negotiations with the Americans.
A competent solution to the threat of decapitation at the present time is likely to be completely different, and will probably have several different approaches and quite accessible technical options, which are counterproductive to discuss here.

On the other hand, there is a legitimate question.
If under Yeltsin, as we well know, we had their puppet government - why on earth they had to let us go free? This is a nuclear power. Are they that irresponsible towards themselves? It is difficult to suspect them of altruism.
If we still have their puppet comprador power, masquerading as patriotic power, why do they need beheading?
These contradictions exist only on the surface.
Probably their change from Yeltsin to Putin is connected with the appearance of their GOAL.
They turned Russia into a "expendable instrument" for the war in Europe, and its weakening by the hands of the Russians in order to enslave. Russia itself must now be destroyed by the hands of the Europeans, and the United States is going to use its nuclear weapons from its territory against China.
The fact that we have a puppet government of the Anglo-Saxons under Putin is hidden by them not only from us, but from the whole world, and even from themselves - that is, from the public. The reason is still the same PURPOSE for which it was done. The official comprador state in the role of an aggressor against their vassal, Europe, is uncomfortable for them. They need the blame to lie entirely with the "damned Russians".
They probably have two independent lines.
One, official, mass, is developing a strategy for the destruction of Russia and its government, as a completely autonomous adversary.
The other, hidden from everyone, is implementing a multi-year plan

Special operations are, presumably, the actions of special forces, but is it American? Why not allow the Pentagon to contract the Ukrainian special services for such a dangerous business, providing them with all the necessary intelligence? It will be much easier for Ukrainian saboteurs to get lost in Moscow than for some American "green berets", right? ...
... It should be remembered that in the event of the death or inability to perform the duties of the President of the Russian Federation, according to the law, his powers are transferred to the head of the government of the Russian Federation as an interim, and after that, early elections should be called. And if the enemy delivers a successful decapitating strike on Moscow and the death of the entire military-political leadership, the controllability of the country and the army in the NVO zone can rapidly fall apart. ...

Yes. The head of government and the president should not be in the same city. And if the location of the president periodically becomes known due to the specifics of his public activities, then where the head of government is located, it is advisable to know only his guards, all meetings are online.
The backup and main offices, of course, should also be located in different cities. The location of the members of the backup cabinet must be kept secret. The composition of the backup cabinet should be made public - clear, unambiguous, with functions, full names and portraits - and the sooner the better. For if, God forbid, the double has to fulfill its purpose, the army and the economy must immediately know whose orders to execute.

the plan for a preemptive strike on Russia is more of a psychological warfare. Because if they had such plans, they would not publish them. A preemptive strike without a retaliatory strike is completely impossible. But the scenario of the assassination of high-ranking political figures in Russia is what they are considering .

and we must more decisively finish off the enemy in his lair

The fact of the matter is that no one is going to finish him off. You can't even imagine what kind of money is spinning there. And Putin does not understand that the longer he messes with this Ukraine, the more catastrophic the further development scenarios will be.

Abram is sitting at the table playing cards. Abraham coughed. These are the things, Karl Marx died, Friedrich Engels died, Lenin died, Stalin died, all the great people died. I started coughing up something. Still, it’s ugly to write such articles that he also began to cough? When Hitler was informed that they wanted to kill him, he waved his hand and said - what to be, that cannot be avoided, put it out of your head. Whatever they did, he was unlucky. I had to shoot myself, he was not lucky with the murder from the outside.

NWO is not a local operation, this is confirmed by many, and Putin’s personality no longer matters after its start, because the dots have been set, and global processes have been launched. Only a clear enemy of the Russian Federation is able to turn it off, and we hope that such people will not be allowed to the top for a long time. No strike from the West will change anything, it will only lead to an escalation of the conflict, which, again, is being noticed abroad.

So far, unfortunately, we see the overly cautious position of the Russian leadership, which is taken for weakness, and therefore geopolitical opponents and their Tobacco become more and more impudent. There may be two explanations for this. Either there are frank cowards in the Russian leadership, or it suddenly became clear that the country was categorically not ready for a serious war. The latter is more like the truth. It turned out that our air defense is shamefully not ready to repulse low-flying targets, therefore the same not very fast "Tomahawks" are capable of quietly bypassing the deployment of air defense divisions at low altitude and inflicting a disarming (decapitating) strike on strategic objects and leaders of the country. There are also two options here. Or strike a preventive massive strike first or clench your teeth and with full effort to eliminate the identified inconsistencies. It must be admitted that both of these options do not inspire optimism, since they imply art and rigidity in governing the country, which we do not observe.
