Why Putin has nothing to talk with Trump

9
Donald Trump again spoke of his intention to meet with the leaders of Russia and China, the negotiations with which he wants to hold during the Japanese GXNUMX Summit. Again, the assurances of the White House owner that he really wants to “get along” with these countries and talk about how “it would be great” sound again. Believe it? Feeling it? Let's rush to look for a large button with the inscription "Restart" so that, having brushed away a thick layer of dust from it, to tear, without remembering yourself, into the arms of Great America? Again “peace, friendship, chewing gum” ?! Or, nevertheless, let's look at things realistically and admit that in the existing realities, the USA and Russia simply have no chance to agree on anything?

Who needs reconciliation without a quarrel

In my opinion, quite specifically, albeit in the most correct form, the essence of the situation was outlined by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a direct line. Answering the question of whether Russia is going to “put up” with the Western countries, he said: “But we did not quarrel with anyone!” And, right word, gentlemen, what kind of inappropriate formulations: “get along”, “had a fight - reconciled”? Modern geopolitics is not a sandbox in a kindergarten! They don’t fight for a scoop or apiary - global economic interests of states, nations, entire unions and blocs. Defend by any means and means. You see, by anyone ... What is happening today between Russia and the West, primarily the United States of America, is not a “quarrel”, which can be just stopped like that after “making peace”. What are you talking about? This is a global conflict of a civilizational level. Confrontation, which has a lot of aspects in the political, economic, military and even cultural and worldview planes.

All the same fully applies to the US-Chinese confrontation. Smartphones, cyberattacks, and trade shortages are not the point. And not even in the notorious 5G, for that matter. The unequivocal prevalence of the socialist state over the United States in the field of scientific and technological progress, its incredible development and prosperity is a global challenge to the West, its way of life, economic and social systems. If you want, to the very “Western values” with which quite certain countries are so fond of. And there won’t be any “reconciliation” even if China tomorrow buys up the root crop of US farmers and lifts duties on all goods shipped from there. This is a battle of systems. And, since Washington is firmly convinced that the right to life (and, moreover, domination) in this world has only the order established by the United States, Moscow and Beijing, which managed to create their own systems that fundamentally contradict the American, are turning for him into irreconcilable enemies by definition.

What does it mean to “get along” in American way?

It's no secret that Donald Trump officially began the struggle for his own re-election for a second presidential term. Hence the high-profile statements regarding the upcoming summit. However, let's think about what the head of the White House really wants to do now, striving to take over the minds and hearts of American voters again? World peace? Good-neighborly or, even more so, “partnership” relations with Russia? Yes, hell with two! He, like air, needs bright foreign policy victories. It is easy to calculate what would be suitable for this role in the case of our country. There are not so many options, and all of them are well known:

- Russia's refusal to support the Republic of Donbass, its consent to the introduction of a "peacekeeping" NATO contingent there under the auspices of the UN. Ideally, Ukraine will also return to Crimea;
- the cessation of the construction of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline, a sharp reduction by our country in the volume of energy supplies to the countries of the European Union;
- Moscow’s refusal to support Nicholas Maduro, the cessation of defense cooperation with Venezuela, the withdrawal of all military advisers and specialists from there. Trump said that the Russians should get out of there, isn’t that so ?;
- a break in the transaction for the supply of S-400 Triumph air defense systems of Turkey, a sharp reduction in the activity of our country in the international arms markets;
- recognition by the Kremlin of “involvement” in the crash of a Malaysian Boeing over the Donbass in 2014, “poisoning” of Skripal in Salisbury, “chemical attacks” in Syria and the like, with all the ensuing consequences for “penitents”;
- the recognition by our country of a violation of the INF Treaty with the subsequent “elimination of deficiencies” in the form of the destruction of all US disagreeable weapons and the Pentagon’s total inspection of the entire Russian military-industrial complex.

Already enough, or bring a couple more humiliating and suicidal demands, agreeing to which, Russia could "get along" with the United States? No other options for Donald trump and the forces behind him will not work. What exactly is the meaning in Washington that they put in the concept of "getting along" quite clearly illustrate his attempts to do this with China, whose economy the Americans are now struggling to if not destroy, then at least undermine to the maximum. Nothing but the unconditional surrender of the United States from Russia is not accepted, is it really incomprehensible?

Which Trump is the real one?

The most remarkable thing is that literally on the eve of talks about the upcoming "reconciliation" meeting in Japan, none other than the head of the White House himself during the ceremony of announcing his new campaign for the presidency, held in Orlando (Florida), boasted that the United States had not yet knew the leader, "so cruel to Russia"! Like, he imposed sanctions, and strengthened the army, and LNG Europe, as an alternative to Russian energy sources, had practically ensured ... Yes, I’ve practically dusted these Russians into dust and powder! What else do you need for happiness ?! Hate Russia - vote for Trump! How then you can believe the president’s words about his intention to "get along" with Moscow and a burning desire to negotiate with Vladimir Putin for this is decidedly incomprehensible.

Moreover, the power of the United States, both overt and covert, is not just Donald Trump. He is far from alone. Do you know what "parting words" he receives from the American congressmen before going to the G-20 summit? Perhaps the best example is the statement made by a member of the Senate from the Democratic Party Jin Shagin, who believes that if Trump can meet with the Russian leader, it is only in order to “send him a powerful signal that Russia's aggression in Ukraine, its there must be an end to illegal intrusion. " All other wishes are absolutely in the same spirit. For example, a colleague Shagin, who represents the Republican Party in the Senate, Corey Gardner, is now fiddling with a bill recognizing Russia as a "state sponsoring terrorism." He has been trying to push it through Congress for at least the second time. And nothing, does not bother. He is a stubborn guy, this Corrie ... All this audience, which has long turned Russophobia for themselves into an inexhaustible source of inspiration and a springboard for quite good political and public careers, would not have allowed Trump to "get along" with Russia, even if he selflessly wanted it with all his heart. But he himself does not want - whatever he scribbles on his Twitter.

Vladimir Vladimirovich’s honor is worth noting that, judging by what was said on a straight line, he is likely to be skeptical about the upcoming meeting in Japan, and indeed the prospects for negotiations with the American leader. His words about the fact that even if Russia “surrenders, spitting on fundamental national interests, nothing will change with respect to the West towards it” - this is just about that. No, Putin agrees that “dialogue is good,” but he talks about the “big mistakes” of the Americans, expressing the hope that they “will understand” them and “the situation will be different.” Perhaps it will be so. But certainly not in the near future.

    And I wonder what kind of Putin is the real one who brought the Crimea "to his native harbor", or the one who "talked" with the people on June 20 of this year about everything and nothing ....

    Dear Author, this "redhead" and what he heads and personifies by himself, Russians should not have any confidence!
    The United States is a destructive state that produces and sponsors global Terrorism, its World Center!
    PS In connection with the holding of the G20 on Japanese territory, any anti-Russian provocations "inflamed by the Kuril issue" of local national radicals become possible are cared for by the Washington special services, therefore they "work in a single key" against Russia)!

    Great article. In general, there is nothing new, these thoughts are already spinning in everyone's mind. But here everything is so compactly assembled and everything is correct.

    Trump promised to raise one, but very important topic - interference in their elections ... Well, how to resist. Everything else is not important ... Can the GDP spend time on something useful? Or how to resist when the owner does not give a kick, as in the last two times, but promises to admit to the leg ....

    In principle, there can be no reconciliation and friendship between us. It happened historically. But history cannot be changed. This will not be history, afalsificate !.

    Trump from China and Russia needs to sign a new INF Treaty for three. And he wants Putin to persuade Xi to do this nonsense. China does not need this, from the word "absolutely". He has at his side the American missile defense system in Korea and Japan (in the short term), where medium-range strike missiles and Indian missiles can be easily installed. The Russian Federation has an anti-missile defense system in Romania and Poland. We don't need the DRSD either. How the United States fulfills the agreements (written and unwritten), everyone has long known well. So, let him talk about something with Great Britain, Canada - maybe they will listen some more.
