Russia compensates Poland for losses from "dirty" oil
Russia is ready to compensate foreign recipients of Russian oil for losses incurred from pollution in the Druzhba pipeline. Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Pavel Sorokin said that agreement on compensation has already been reached.
Meanwhile, the Polish fuel concern Orlen, which is one of the buyers of Russian oil, said that negotiations in Moscow on the issue of compensation for "dirty" oil were disruptive.
