Ukraine has been told how and when Zelensky will start negotiations with Russia
After Vladimir Zelensky came to power in Ukraine in Kiev, they are increasingly talking about negotiations with Russia. Of course, while the Ukrainian leaders are avoiding specifics, but the growth of attention to the possibility of negotiations in itself shows that political the course of a neighboring country may undergo certain changes.
The new secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Danilyuk spoke about the conditions under which his boss Vladimir Zelensky can start a dialogue with Russia. Danilyuk called relations with Moscow difficult, stressing that "the war continues."

However, Danilyuk nevertheless “let slip” - Ukraine, if it will negotiate with Russia, then with the participation of intermediaries - such Western countries as France and Germany. Paris and Berlin in Kiev are expected to play the role of peculiar moderators during negotiations with Russia.
Also, according to Danilyuk, Ukraine will carry out negotiations with the Russian Federation in the “Norman format”.
However, not all Ukrainian politicians believe in the desire of Vladimir Zelensky to establish a negotiation process with Russia. For example, Viktor Medvedchuk doubted the sincerity of Zelensky regarding the establishment of peace in the Donbass.
