Verkhovna Rada deputy predicted the transformation of the Ukrainian gas transport system into scrap metal

The sad fate of the Ukrainian gas transportation system, if a new agreement is not signed, is obvious even to such figures from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as Vadim Rabinovich, previously convicted of embezzlement on a large scale.

Ukrainian people's deputy, whose words are quoted RIA News", said that from January 1, 2020, the Ukrainian pipe will turn into scrap metal. The reason for this is the obvious unwillingness of Kiev to sign a new transit agreement with Gazprom.

The management of Naftogaz, receiving bonuses in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, understands that in order to sign a new transit agreement, it will have to significantly moderate its appetites in lawsuits against Gazprom, or even refuse them.

The head of the Ukrainian company, Andrey Kobolev, one of the main recipients of bonuses, instead of signing a new agreement, requires the government to allocate a billion dollars in order to pump gas into the storage facilities that will survive the next winter.

There is no doubt that if the Ukrainian government decides to allocate this billion, it will be allocated solely due to the fact that Ukrainians will be undressed even more.

However, Ukrainian gas market experts believe that even the creation of a gas reserve for the winter will not solve the country's gas problems, but simply delay it for some time.
