Refilling or replacing print cartridges in the printer, which often cause a malfunction in a well-functioning workflow, seems to be a thing of the past. HP on the eve of announced two new printing devices, one of which is fundamentally different from its predecessors. The Neverstop Lase will be the first laser printer in the industry that doesn't need cartridges.

As soon as the device runs out of toner, its supply can be replenished with the help of a refueling machine, which comes with the kit and resembles a huge syringe. The whole process will take no more than 15 seconds. It is enough to install the aforementioned container with the powder in the appropriate connector and press the piston. The contents of one such refueling tank will be enough to print 5000 pages.

In addition to the above, the developer emphasizes that his innovative printer consists of 25% recycled plastic, while the refueling machine - as much as 75%. In Russia, Neverstop Lase should appear in July this year. The estimated cost of a revolutionary device has not yet been reported.

The second new product from HP was the Smart Tank inkjet MFP. "Multifunctional" is characterized by high speed and print quality. And one full refueling of the CISS, which is equipped with the device, is enough for 18000 b / w or 8000 color pages.

We are waiting for the printer, where instead of powder, atoms are refilled. I fell asleep a bucket of atoms and at the exit you got pies, ice cream, soda. All sorts of necessary items. Self-assembly printer.
