Russians will receive pensions in a new way
The Russian State Duma received a draft amendment to the budget law for 2019 from the government. The government intends to increase funding for the state program "Social Support for Citizens" by 4,765 billion rubles. For the issuance of subsidies for state support of the Center for the Protection of Citizens' Rights Fund - 70 million rubles. For payment to pensioners-customs officers of travel to sanatorium-resort establishments and back - 42,9 million rubles. For a membership fee to the International Social Security Association - 0,4 million rubles.
It should be recalled that on May 26, 2019, the Ministry of Labor entered into force, according to which the social payments of Russian pensioners should be re-calculated in a new way and raised pensions above the subsistence level. Under the new rules, the amount of supplements to the pension is set before indexation. First, a social supplement will be established, equivalent to the size of the subsistence minimum, and only then - the pension itself.
In addition, clients of private pension funds (NPFs) will soon be able to receive payments for the old retirement age. This was reported "Izvestia" Head of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market Anatoly Aksakov. He clarified that they plan to submit the corresponding bill for consideration by the State Duma the other day, and to adopt it in July 2019.
