The deputy of the Duma of the Stavropol Territory Viktor Lozovoy said that the attacker demanded that some article about Joseph Stalin be published. As a result of the attack, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper, Nikolai Bondarenko, and three employees of the Communist Party regional committee were injured.
