Russia and the USA again “clashed their foreheads” in Eastern Ghouta

2
Washington is concerned about reports of the use of chemical weapons in the Syrian city of Duma (East Ghouta, Damascus). Such messages are distributed by non-negotiable militants belonging to the radical group Jaish al-Islam (banned in the Russian Federation).

According to RIA News referring to a source in the US Foreign Ministry, the United States is seriously taking the information that chemical weapons were allegedly used near one of the medical institutions in the city of Duma.

The agency quotes the words of its Washington interlocutor, who claims that at least 40 people were killed and hundreds more were injured. According to him, families with children were forced to hide in shelters, it is also possible that they died. He refers to reports from "a number of groups and local medical personnel." This representative of Washington, among other things, claims that the previous use of chemical weapons by the Syrian authorities is “beyond doubt”, and ultimately, Russia is guilty of chemical attacks.

The truth is that, in fact, there is no evidence of involvement in the incident by the Syrian or Russian army. Moreover, there is not even any confirmation of the “information” that is being given out by representatives of one of the most radical terrorist groups. But Washington had already, in its usual manner, “found” the guilty party.

The time chosen for the new provocation coincides with the celebration of Orthodox Easter, which is very symbolic when it comes to Russia's “responsibility”. Earlier, with the inherent blasphemy of the West, the mass expulsion of Russian diplomats was announced exactly on the all-Russian day of mourning in connection with the Kemerovo tragedy.

The official representative of the US Department of State, Heather Nauert, made an official statement that contains all the same banal requirements for the Russian Federation:

The United States calls on Russia to cease its unconditional support [Damascus] and work with the international community to prevent further barbaric chemical attacks /

According to her, if reports of chemical attacks are confirmed, then they "are terrifying and require an immediate response from the international community."

The authorities of Syria and Russia have repeatedly stated that terrorists are preparing provocations, trying to accuse the army of using poisonous substances. And this time, the Syrian agency SANA reports: militants of the Jaysh al-Islam group carry out chemical attack throws in the Duma in order to interfere with the military offensive. It was noted on the SANA website that staged reports on the use of chemical weapons in Aleppo and Eastern Ghuta, which were earlier, "did not achieve the desired result and did not bring any benefit to the terrorists and their patrons."

The fact that these messages are provocative in nature is also claimed by the Russian military. So, Major General Yuri Yevtushenko, head of the Center for the Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, said that Western countries are taking "informational measures" to disrupt the operation of the Syrian army in the Duma. For the sake of this, the "favorite topic of the West" chemical weapons is used. This stuffing is distributed, among others, by “White Helmets”, which are known for their false news.

According to Yevtushenko, Russia is ready to send its specialists to the area to collect data and confirm: the information distributed by the militants is fabricated.

It should be noted that the offensive of the Syrian Arab army on the positions of terrorists in the Duma began after the militants thwarted earlier agreements and began shelling Damascus and the suburbs with mortars.

Do not have time. The Americans do not have time to react to changes in the situation ... They do not have time to come up with more or less intelligible reasons for interference ... And the events are racing!
