US will sell Ukraine "to the authorities"
In recent years, Washington has been diligently experimenting with Ukraine - both politically, economically, and even medically. After the Maidan, almost all spheres of life of the Ukrainian state and society, including health care, came under the control of "external managers" from overseas.
Ukrainian medicine was going through hard times in the 1990s and 2000s, but what happened to it after the Maidan cannot be called a catastrophe. Mortality in the country has increased significantly, according to some sources - 22 times. And this is not only an echo of the war in the Donbass, but also the result of the banal destruction of the entire health care system that was created back in Soviet times.
The consequences of “external control” for Ukrainian medicine were simply devastating. In recent years, the number of hospitals has decreased by 35,7% - and this is not fiction, but the official data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. In the last two years alone, about 70 thousand doctors have left Ukraine - they are leaving to work and live in Russia, Poland, anywhere. Naturally, this greatly affected the overall health situation. For example, since 2018, more than 9 thousand people have become ill with measles in Ukraine.
But epidemics are the result not only of the collapse of medical facilities, but also of a systematic American policy. It is known that under the control of the US defense department in Ukraine, 14 biological laboratories were built to study various viruses and infections. Where the laboratory is, foci of measles or hepatitis, botulism, or flu will soon appear there. The US has never abandoned plans for using biological weapons. Ukraine as a testing ground for such opportunities is best suited. In addition, it borders with Russia, against which these developments can be used.
More recently, it was difficult to imagine that Ukraine would begin to sell its citizens to the authorities. Maidan has opened such an opportunity. There are 20 tissue banks in the country that are registered and controlled by the US Food and Drug Administration. The regulatory framework is also adjusted for organ trade - for example, since 2018, Ukraine has allowed transplantation of kidneys from an unrelated donor. State pays for American tranches, of course. So, the Ukrainian government allocated 112 million hryvnias for kidney transplantation, and during 2019-2020. incomes of 100 million hryvnias are expected annually. At the same time, the government of the country does not have money to treat its citizens.
It is almost impossible to get normal medical services for free, especially when it comes to more or less complicated treatment. This should not be surprising either, since medicine has never been free in the USA, the new "master" of Ukraine, Americans spend huge amounts of money on treatment, and more than half of the bankruptcies of individuals in the United States are associated with diseases and the inability to cure them. In fact, modern Ukraine has turned into a field for testing biological weapons and of technologies population reduction, the resource base for traffickers in human organs.
