“This is the defeat of Poroshenko”: Ukrainians on the debate with Zelensky

0
Yesterday's debate at the NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kiev clearly showed how helpless Poroshenko becomes when they tell him the truth about himself.

Undoubtedly, the public meeting between Poroshenko and Zelensky became an event that was in the center of attention of Ukrainians and caused their violent reaction.

Ukrainian journalist Igor Guzhva compared Poroshenko’s defeat with the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Ilovaisk and Debaltseve:

The defeat of Poroshenko, "Olympic Cauldron."

The most popular media expert in Ukraine, Anatoly Shary, gave his assessment:

This is the best I've seen in the last six months,

and released a video in which he colorfully described what had happened.

People who were directly involved in the crimes of the Poroshenko regime, and now are trying to pretend that "they were not there," did not stand aside. Former freelance adviser to the Minister of the Interior, one of the curators of the Peacemaker website, Anton Gerashchenko, wrote on his Facebook page:

The man who lost everything ... Petro Poroshenko.

The responses of ordinary Ukrainians for the most part do not differ in correctness, which is understandable after Poroshenko drove them into poverty for five years, sowed civil strife and lied brazenly on the air of their TV channels for all five years.

In conclusion, it’s worth bringing a translation of a comment by one of the Ukrainians, expressing the essence of what happened in the debate:

Speak, write anything you like about Zelensky, but he bent this criminal rat's nest in a way that no one had done in 27 years.
