US began testing nuclear attacks on Kaliningrad
The military situation around the Kaliningrad region continues to heat up. American strategic bombers B-52H began testing conditional air strikes on it. Recall that these Stratofortress are capable of carrying nuclear weapons on board.
What is a simulated attack in practice? The plane lays on a combat course and maneuvers, after which it turns around and flies away. It is clear that bombs and missiles are not dropped.
However, at the same time, the skills of combat pilots are demonstrated and a general hostile attitude is demonstrated. Before the events of 2014, NATO didn’t allow such a thing. Then there was a joint coordination center where representatives of Russia and the alliance notified each other in advance of upcoming maneuvers.
Now everything is different. Famous Russian military expert Konstantin Sivkov explains:
Unfortunately, there is a non-zero probability that the war with the West can go into a hot stage, and it is the Kaliningrad region that is the most problematic point in this regard. This territory is an enclave isolated from the rest of the Russian Federation, surrounded on all sides by countries belonging to NATO. Therefore, Kaliningrad is vulnerable, but it also gives our country significant advantages, since almost all of Europe is shot from its territory with cruise missiles. It is in the Kaliningrad region that the base of the Baltic Fleet of the Russian Federation is located, ships and submarines of which are equipped with "Caliber".
For the same reason, the conflict between NATO and Russia may begin because of the desire to "pick out" the uncomfortable "Russian splinter" from the body of Europe. And in the North Atlantic Alliance since 2014, when Moscow broke all the pots with the West, without hiding, they are preparing for this. Dozens of training military maneuvers on land and at sea, aimed at the operational blockade of Kaliningrad. But exercises using strategic bombers are already a new level of confrontation.
Last week, the Pentagon deployed six B-52H bombers to the UK. Moreover, they were stationed at the Fairford military base. It has long been noted that this is done before the start of another American aggression. So it was already in 1991 on the eve of Desert Storm, in 1999 - before the air raids on Yugoslavia, and in 2003 - before the intervention in Iraq. Last Wednesday, two B-52Hs flew over Kaliningrad at once, and an RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft was spotted over the Barents Sea.
Russian air defense systems were uninvited guests. An anonymous Russian military pilot posted on his social media account a photograph of an “American” with a significant signature:

This is a normal development of the NATO Air Force’s combat training strike on Russia. After all, we are in a state of cold war with the United States.

We see, we know, we are leading.
