Anniversary of World War II without Putin: Warsaw again rude to Moscow

6
The decision not to invite Russian President Vladimir Putin to events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II was announced by the Polish leadership at the official level. With the heat of frenzied Russophobia, which today has become the main leitmotif of the external policy Warsaw - the situation is quite predictable. The question is different: how should Moscow react to such rudeness, which is a real insult to our country? After all, this is not just about ordinary, personal rudeness, but about quite real attempts to revise the entire history of the Second World War and the role of our country in the victory over Nazism.

The statement made on this occasion by the press secretary of the President of Poland, Blazhej Spychalski, is the height of inconsistency and bias. Warsaw, you see, intends, unscrupulously using the tragic date of history, to organize a meeting exclusively of its "friends and partners", that is, representatives of NATO, the European Union and the Eastern Partnership promoted as such. It is also surprising that Spykhalsky had the honesty to objectively say about the "political, not historical" nature of the selection of participants in the event. However, even if we consider the situation from this side, it turns out more than strange. It must be understood that a delegation from Berlin will be present there. And this is despite the fact that Germany, in fact, not only started the Second World War by attacking Poland, but even today indignantly rejects all Warsaw’s claims for any “compensation” in this regard.

Zvan, for sure, will be either Petro Poroshenko, or his successor as president of Ukraine, who not only bred the Bandera’s lasts, but also turned the infamous “spiritual legacy” of these most bloody nationalists into their own state ideology. Obviously, the affiliation of the Nezalezhnaya with the Eastern Partnership will outweigh in the eyes of Polish politicians the blood of thousands and thousands of compatriots brutally murdered both by Hitler’s minions from the Bandera camp and simply by the nationalist gangs of “fighters for Vilna Ukraine”. An interesting twist, isn't it?

Obviously, Russia is planning to “punish” once again for reuniting with Crimea and actively opposing Kiev in an effort to flood the Donbass and physically destroy its inhabitants, who strongly disagree with the current cannibal-Bandera course of the country. And also - for suppressing attempts by the Ukrainian military being tried from the West to arrange more and more armed provocations on the borders of our country, including maritime ones. However, there is another aspect that can be clearly seen in the speech on this issue by the head of the Office of the Polish President Krzysztof Szchersky. This figure allowed himself to say that "violation of international law and disrespect for the sovereignty of states ... was typical of the aggressors in 1939 and today remains the greatest threat to the world." The key word in this tirade is “aggressors”. Plural...

There is no doubt that after his boorish rejection, which has already received serious international resonance, and inevitably entailing a wave of condemnation from all sensible politicians and historians in different countries, Warsaw will again take up the old songs that we all know well. Again and again, there will be speculations that the USSR was not the liberator of Poland and its savior from the Nazi yoke, but was, in fact, the same “aggressor” and “enslaver” as the Third Reich. As a matter of fact, a similar approach has been elevated by the current authorities in Poland to the rank of state policy - and, frankly, not yesterday. Here, as examples, numerous facts of desecration and destruction of monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators can be cited. This cynical activity has long been carried out in the country, for the deliverance of which from the Nazi occupation the Red Army paid 600 thousand lives of its fighters, not by radicals or marginalized from politics, but by representatives of state bodies and organizations. In particular, the deprivation of the title of honorary townspeople of 29 Red Army soldiers who liberated the Polish Kielce was initiated by Deputy Mayor Jaroslav Karysem, who represents the party “Law and Justice” in the city government that is now ruling in Poland.

Warsaw will once again begin to lie, distort the facts and try to blame on the Soviet Union and Russia, which is its successor, some far-fetched “guilt”. At the same time, naturally, “inconvenient” historical facts will be silently hushed up - such as Poland’s cooperation with Hitler Germany in dismembering Czechoslovakia, which in 1938, in alliance with the Wehrmacht, it easily chopped off the Tieszyn region. No one bothers to remember that Soviet troops entered Polish land in those days when the president, the government and the supreme commander-in-chief left the country. By September 17-18, German tanks were not only near Krakow and Warsaw, but also approached Lviv! And, in the end, we did not occupy any “originally Polish lands” - we exclusively took our own: Western Ukraine and Belarus, impudently captured by the Poles in 1921. And now, by the way - how are pans like Shchersky going to communicate at the event with representatives of the same Slovakia and Lithuania, who in 1939 cut their territories a little - due to Warsaw defeated by the Germans ?!

History, as has already been said a million times, does not tolerate subjunctive moods. She does not tolerate mockery of herself in the form of a frank distortion of those facts that do not allow a double or triple interpretation. Today, Poland, with its endless and completely unacceptable speculations on the theme of World War II, demonstrates to the whole world, to put it mildly, its own reduced social (and historical!) Responsibility. There, at the present moment, they have already reached the point that they have counted as a "compensation for the losses inflicted by the German occupation" a fantastic amount of $ 886 billion! If you believe the publication of Gazeta Polska Codziennie, just such an out-of-figure figure was voiced by Jozef Menes, “an expert of the parliamentary commission for assessing the amount of compensation due to Poland from Germany”. Moreover, the "expert", however, recovered that in 1945, "in hot pursuit" of the Bureau of Military Repairs, the damage was estimated at less than $ 50 billion. But you understand - the course has changed, and in general ...

In the end, the unbridled desire not only to benefit from historical tragedy, but also the attempts to make Poland itself completely innocent, if not at all a “holy” victim of those distant events, should receive an adequate assessment and worthy rebuff at the world level. Obviously, Russia, taking advantage of the current egregious case, should start this process without delaying the matter? There were already more than enough reasons for Moscow to put the presumptuous figures from Warsaw into place, Moscow had enough political will.

Of course it is logical ... States entered even later. And how Germany and Italy entered .... Italy in 1940. Interestingly, they were invited? And the Czech Republic? She wasn’t in the 39th at all.

I propose sending medals “For the capture of Vienna”, “For the capture of Budapest”, “For the capture of Koenigsberg”, “For the capture of Berlin”, “For the liberation of Warsaw”, “For the liberation of Prague” and “For the liberation of Belgrade”
And another piece of paper with the imprint of a tarpaulin boot. With the famous postscript "If not for this boot, then you ... would be Germans"

And even if they had called, it would be worth thinking about participation: you cannot communicate with anybody; some honor hurt a lot! With the Czech Republic - this is how they supplied Germany with rapture in arms throughout Germany; Yes, from all over Europe in the Wehrmacht fell.
So that Poland does not imagine its heroism, but the USSR cuts 2/3 of the territory to it. Miserable and nasty bullshit ....
