These enemies are not only dissatisfied with the great America, but also have the courage to resist it. In everything. Even in the economy. The danger comes not only from Russians and Chinese. The United States is also confronted with “rogue regimes” (meaning primarily North Korea, and second, Iran) and terrorist groups (meaning unfinished “IS”, banned in Russia).
All these threats can only be countered by force. To do this, the United States must have power equal to which the world would not exist. Such and such power will become a “sure means” of defense. Together with the restructuring of nuclear arsenals, US military power will help contain "any acts of aggression," the president assured the congressmen.
He further logically noted that it is too early to think about the concept of a nuclear-free world. And even he called the very possibility of this in the future a “magical moment”, thereby making it clear that he was completely and completely passionate about the idea of not peace, but militarism.
