Stealing Salute 7: Could the Americans Take Our Station Away?

0
In the late 70s, while the first part of Star Wars was played in American cinemas, real Star Wars unfolded in the near space. The US leadership already clearly understood that those who own space will own the world.

In early 1982, the Soviet space industry created a new generation orbital station. She received the name "Salute-7." Its inner filling corresponded to the last word equipment. The station, thanks to the latest photo and video equipment, could conduct reconnaissance missions over enemy territory.

Having taken several expeditions, an emergency took place at the station in early 1985. "Salyut-7" ceases to respond to commands from the ground, telemetry disappears. The station cannot be revived for several weeks. There is silence in the Mission Control Center. If you do not start the station in the near future, it will turn into space debris.
