No wiretapping: “Protected” phone from “Rostec” went on sale

On the eve of the press service of the developer announced the start of sales of the device “Cruise-K” - a new IP-phone equipped with cryptographic data protection. The devices are assembled by Avtomatika concern owned by Rostec Corporation, and the retail price per unit will be 85 rubles.
Using the aforementioned IP phone, you can make not only calls completely protected from wiretapping, but also everyday open calls. The device operates on the so-called “real-time” OS from “Rostec”. True, the latter had to be greatly curtailed for security reasons.
In order to conduct confidential conversations, both subscribers must use Cruise-K. The number of devices in one IP network can reach thousands.
At the moment, only legal entities can buy a device. However, the order is not limited to one device. But the retail option for a secure telephone to individuals is not yet considered.
