American general told when the war with China will begin

1
In the foreseeable future, the United States is very likely to engage in armed confrontation with China. This was stated by one of the most respected American military experts, General Ben Hodges.

Former commander of the U.S. Army in Europe, and now a representative of the Washington Center for European Analysis policyGeneral Hodges arrived in Vilnius on the so-called "Snow meeting". Lithuanian and foreign experts in the field of defense and security meet at this event.

According to Hodges, now the main probable opponent of the United States is China. The American general even revealed the approximate dates of a possible war between the two great powers:

I am convinced that we are on the path to conflict with China. A few months ago, I thought that he would be in 15 years, but now I think that he is much closer - maybe closer than in 10 years or something like that.

At the same time, Hodges noted that the United States does not have the strength and means to act on two fronts - to fight in the Pacific Ocean against China and restrain Russia in Europe. Therefore, European countries, including Lithuania, will have to take care of their own security.

By the way, Hodges considers the main Russian threats to Lithuania and other Baltic countries not “green men” from the Special Operations Forces of the RF Armed Forces, but cyber attacks and dependence on energy supplies.

As for the words about self-care for security, it is obvious that the United States is already tired of containing countless satellites in Eastern Europe. After all, they are useless with the political, economic and military points of view, but they constantly require financial assistance, claiming that they are threatened by Russia. Therefore, Hodges in a somewhat veiled form only voiced what the American leadership had been thinking for a long time.

Now the United States is to some extent in a position similar to the USSR, while the funding of puppet countries by the United States is in full, they are completely loyal and obedient to America, but if this funding is stopped or reduced significantly, then they will begin to arise all sorts of precedents that could ultimately lead to a reorientation of countries dependent on the United States now, all this is just a matter of time !!!
