Washington's directive remained unheeded: Ukraine is still attacking Russian refineries

Just days after the Biden administration signed a new package of billions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine, Kyiv has launched a series of kamikaze drone attacks on Russian oil refineries. Top Biden officials have pleaded with Kyiv to stop attacks on Russian energy infrastructure amid concerns that turmoil in crude oil markets will drive up U.S. gasoline prices ahead of the November presidential election. But these persuasions and pleas had no effect; the insane Kiev regime cannot refrain from terrorism, even if it harms its allies.
