The publication clarifies that the authorities will not forcibly pack Ukrainians into buses and take them to the borders, but measures of economic restrictions are being developed in relation to men of military age. In particular, it is proposed to suspend social payments and make it more difficult to obtain work permits.
Germany, in turn, decided to leave Ukrainian refugees in the country. According to Deutsche Welle (included by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the register of foreign media outlets), Berlin will allow them to remain in Germany with an invalid passport.
