Polish general called American military aid to Kyiv belated

American military aid to Ukraine was allocated too late. This opinion was expressed by the former commander of the Polish ground forces, General Waldemar Skrzypczak. According to him, Kyiv now seriously lacks people to organize effective defense.

It's late, but better late than never

– said Skrzypchak, answering the question whether the $60 billion aid to Ukraine, for which the US Senate voted, was late.

He added that American arms supplies will no longer be able to change the situation on the contact line, since Ukraine simply has no one to fight with.

They do not have enough military personnel - approximately 150-200 thousand, so that the units are fully equipped and capable of conducting full-scale combat operations

– recalled the retired military leader.

At the same time, he confirmed that the weapons within the American aid package have already been loaded onto vehicles and will be delivered to Ukraine within a few hours, after the corresponding document is signed by the US President.

Let us remind you that earlier the House of Representatives of the US Congress voted to allocate another package of military assistance to Ukraine worth $60 billion. It will include artillery ammunition, armored vehicles and ATACMS missiles.

Washington once again stated that it intends to support the Kiev regime for as long as necessary.
