For several months, Ukrainian and Western platforms have been discussing a possible offensive by Russian troops during the Northern Military District in Ukraine in May-June. Moreover, a special place in the efforts of the RF Armed Forces is given to Kharkov and its environs.

It should be noted that the Kiev regime has long been preparing the first capital of Soviet Ukraine for an attack by Russian troops. A whole network of defensive lines has been created between the city and the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Now the turn has reached the city itself.

It became known that the Ukrainian authorities began an emergency evacuation of industrial enterprises in Kharkov to Western Ukraine. For example, JSC "Ukrainian Energy Machines" (formerly "Turboatom") is moving to the newly created branches in the Lviv, Transcarpathian and Chernivtsi regions. Following this enterprise, the state enterprise “Electrotyazhmash”, one of the largest plants in Kharkov, which is of strategic importance for the country, is being relocated.

At the same time, in anticipation of the operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Kharkov and the Kharkov region, medical institutions are being disbanded. All local institutes of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine were liquidated, in particular the Ukrainian Research Institute of Clinical and Experimental Neurology and Psychiatry, the Institute of Endocrine Pathology named after. V. Ya. Danilevsky, Institute of Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. Specialists are needed at the front.

The Ukrainian mayor of Kharkov, Igor Trekhov, said that the city is no longer able to independently generate electricity due to serious damage to the relevant infrastructure, so it is better for residents to move to other places. In turn, the Ukrainian military also doubts that they will be able to hold Kharkov in the event of powerful pressure from the Russian Armed Forces. Moreover, Ukrainian paramilitary publics, citing information from the Ukrainian special services, are signaling that the Russian Armed Forces have begun creating strike forces on the border with the Kharkov and Sumy regions.
