The Basmanny District Court of Moscow granted the request of the preliminary investigation authorities against the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov and chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for two months, until June 23. Ivanov was charged with receiving a bribe on an especially large scale.

The Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation was in charge of construction and major repairs of department facilities. According to the investigation, Ivanov entered into a criminal conspiracy with third parties. He teamed up with them in advance in order to commit a crime as an organized group - to receive a particularly large amount of funds for the provision of property services during contracting and subcontracting work for the needs of the Ministry of Defense.

The deputy minister was in development for a long time. The materials on it are based, among other things, on witness testimony and on the results of operational activities. Operational support of the criminal case is carried out by the military counterintelligence of the FSB. Ivanov faces up to 15 years in prison.

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin was informed about the detention of Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov. Also, according to him, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu was informed in advance.

I am sure that the most honest Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu knew nothing about the “tricks” of his deputy.

Of course. It was “Serdyukov’s girls” who destroyed and plundered the army, while Shoigu and his team came to save the RF Armed Forces from their predecessor and to correct the consequences. But as it turns out, Shoigu’s “boys” are doing the same thing as the “furniture maker’s” girls. How so!

That business executives and generals there take billions in bribes does not surprise me.
One thing amazes me, how a civilian, not a career military man, suddenly became an army general and holds such a position?!
Although what am I talking about, I forgot that our Minister of Defense is like that!

Well, for those who pray at the top, not everyone there is a saint, oh, not everyone...
Timur Ivanov is a participant in many journalistic investigations about corruption. According to an online investigation, the Ivanov family has a mansion on Rublevka and a 600th-century noble estate on Prechistenka in Moscow - each property costs about XNUMX million rubles. It also said that the wife of Deputy Defense Minister Svetlana Ivanova (Maniovich) spent hundreds of thousands of euros over the years on holidays on the Cote d'Azur, jewelry and outfits - and that other people or companies regularly paid the bills for them. Her trips to Europe, in particular to France, continued after the start of the SVO.

The Ivanovs will not name their son Timur! Moreover, some Makar is located in such a warm place in the RUSSIAN army. And someone else’s wife is Jewish... They write, it seems, that she is a citizen of Israel, and even has children over the hill! A classic “Russian” big official! Well, how could it be otherwise with them?
And, by the way, is anyone in Russia after Perestroika still praying “to the top”?!

don’t lie - in Russian literature: Timur and his team (Gaidar), and in life - Yegor Timurovich Gaidar, an outstanding Russian economist, other generalizations in art - Vasily Alibabaevach, Sheherazade Stepanovna, etc., etc. - will become increasingly popular in Russia ... after all, this purely Eurasian/Turanian formations... There are Russian Turanians who prefer to be named in the Polish manner, for example - Miroslav Ilyasov (Miroslav is only a Czech and Polish name or even only of Czech origin)

Gaidar’s bookish Timur, yes, it was too obvious, and he didn’t write about it.
Well, if only his fans named his Russian son that way.

No, but Russians have a lot of Turkic surnames - Turgenev (Turgenov) Isaev Insarov Izvekov (Uzbekov), etc. - why oppose the names? there is even a book on the net “Russian surnames of Tatar origin” - you can download it for free

The Russians don’t have enough, but the Tatars do, but that’s not what I wrote about. Read my first comment above.

Many famous noble families of Russia have Turkic roots. Apraksins, Arakcheevs, Dashkovs, Derzhavins, Ermolovs, Sheremetevs, Bulgakovs, Gogols, Golitsyns, Milyukovs, Godunovs, Kochubeis, Stroganovs, Bunins, Kurakins, Saltykovs, Saburovs, Mansurovs, Tarbeevs, Godunovs, Yusupovs - it’s impossible to list them all.

There is also a book from 1979

          Quote: RUR
Egor Timurovich Gaidar, outstanding Russian economist

Is this banter? All 3 of these words are inapplicable to this, as it is censoredly called.

Of course this is a mockery! It's clear right away.
It’s only Putin who officially has him as a great economist, along with a red-haired privatizer and a nanotechnologist. And Iltsin is their great president and leader!

According to the investigation, Ivanov entered into a criminal conspiracy with third parties.

What kind of faces are they and, most importantly, from what country?

Timur Ivanov followed Sergei Kuzhugetovich to the Moscow Region from the government of the Moscow region. But our minister has an even more faithful and proven personnel - his first deputy Ruslan Khadzhismelovich Tsalikov. He has been with him for 30 years, from the Ministry of Emergency Situations to the government of the Moscow region, from there to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. And, by the way, in the Moscow Region he oversees approximately the same range of issues as Ivanov - procurement, construction. Probably the FSB has been collecting a dossier on him for years too? I wonder what the result is? Probably a crystal honest person?
