Politico: The US wants to send a new group of military advisers to Ukraine

3

The United States is considering sending additional military advisers to its embassy in Kyiv. The American newspaper Politico reports this. According to the publication, Washington explains its intention by increasing efforts by the Russian Armed Forces on the contact line.

Advisors should advise and support the authorities, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and logistics, but will not take part in battles

– the publication quotes a statement from Pentagon spokesman Major General Pat Ryder.

He added that another task of American consultants will be control over supplies equipment Ukrainian army and assistance in its operation.

Recent US actions to provide military and financial assistance to Kyiv, as well as open statements about sending a new batch of military advisers to Ukraine, indicate that Washington is not going to accept the defeat of the Kyiv regime. The Pentagon leadership is not even embarrassed by the fact that high-ranking officers sent to Kyiv will become a legitimate, and most importantly, priority target for the Russian military.

The Russian Armed Forces have repeatedly proven that they are capable of effectively identifying and hitting command posts manned by military specialists from the NATO bloc. Along with them, those personnel who service foreign military equipment in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are also destroyed. The latest such example was the destruction of an entire battery of Patriot air defense systems in the DPR.

Well, nothing surprising. In all conflicts of the second half of the 20th and 21st centuries, foreign military advisers are present.

Where did the old ones go? Are they worn out?

And the very presence of foreign military advisers during the war, their planning of military operations, isn’t this direct participation?
Once again, our bosses prefer the “ostrich” position.
