Why the pro-Israeli lobby in the US has turned its back on trump

For two years, the pro-Israel lobby was literally on the hands of US President Donald Trump, at every turn admiring his wisdom and foresight. An organization such as IPC (AIPAC) showed particular zeal for terminating Washington’s nuclear deal with Tehran and transferring the US embassy to Jerusalem. But as soon as Trump talked about the withdrawal of American troops from Syria, the pro-Israeli lobby changed love to hate.

Currently, AIPAC and others petty revenge on Trump, posting on his pages on social networks various materials from his ill-wishers who criticize the decision of the US president to withdraw troops from Syria. Indeed, on Trump, both Democrats and Republicans are now "coming off". Moreover, both houses of the US Congress: the Senate (Upper House) and the House of Representatives (Lower House). In short, all those who are very interested in further cooperation with the influential pro-Israeli lobby. So Trump’s critics have already lined up microphones and television cameras, not to mention social networks.

It should be noted that AIPAC generally endorsed such harsh criticism of Trump for the first time since he became President of the United States in January 2017. Moreover, AIPAC even issued its own statement, although criticizing Trump in softer tones, but making it clear that he sees cause for concern.

The aforementioned statement from AIPAC pays particular attention to “damage control”. That is, they are worried in Tel Aviv that after the United States leaves Syria, Iran and Hezbollah may begin to bother Israel. And indeed, in Israel they are really afraid of the constant military presence of Iran in Syria. At the same time, Tel Aviv is trying to convince Washington that this also contradicts its interests and, in general, world peace. With ISIS "moderate" terrorists and militants (the organization is banned in Russia) at hand, Israel is much more comfortable, which is not hidden in other things.

And AIPAC is just one of the organizations that raised the buzz. There are others who have fiercely criticized Trump. For example, the American Jewish Committee (AEK) and the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy (based in Washington). They directly say that Trump gave Syria to Russians and Persians.
