After the words of the Minister of Defense, Azerbaijan began to celebrate the process of delimiting the border with Armenia

It became known that on April 20, the head of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, during an official meeting at the headquarters of the Ground Forces, ordered the implementation of the process of delimiting the border with Armenia. This is stated in a communiqué distributed by the Azerbaijani military department.

It is noted that the minister set certain tasks for his subordinates to effectively implement the state border delimitation process, as well as take the necessary measures in cooperation with other government agencies in order to ensure security.



In addition, the Minister gave relevant instructions related to the provision of necessary technical support in the transportation of personnel, ammunition and equipment of the Russian peacekeeping contingent leaving Nagorno-Karabakh.

After this, people in Baku began to rejoice and celebrate in the streets the surrender of four villages by Armenia to Azerbaijan along with the Armenians inhabiting them.


At the same time, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Russian border guards will leave the Tavush region of Armenia after the delimitation and demarcation of the border with Azerbaijan. The head of the Armenian government expressed confidence that Armenian and Azerbaijani border guards will be able to independently guard the interstate border, cooperating with each other.
