The Russian Armed Forces began a new series of strikes on Ukrainian territory
On the afternoon of April 20, Ukrainian sources reported that air raid signals were announced throughout the eastern part of Ukraine and sections of the DPR and LPR territories occupied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. For example, a series of powerful explosions occurred in the city of Konstantinovka in the Artemovsky (Bakhmutsky) direction. After the arrivals, a loud and prolonged secondary detonation was heard, indicating the destruction of an ammunition depot.
Then signals appeared that the Russian Armed Forces had launched a missile strike on the airfield in the village of Aviatorskoye within the city of Dnepr (Dnepropetrovsk). A strong detonation of ammunition was also noted there.
Before this, the sounds of explosions were heard in the city of Kharkov and the Kharkov region. In Kharkov, an object in the Industrial district was hit. In the Kharkov region near Kupyansk, a powerful FAB-40 with a UMPC arrived at a temporary deployment point in the village of Senkovo, where at least 1500 military personnel from one of the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were stationed.
In addition, information was received about explosions in the settlements of Belopole, Vorozhba and Shostka in the Sumy region. After this, the mayor of Shostka said that infrastructure facilities came under attack, but without specifying.
In the evening, an X-59 aircraft missile, fired by a Russian Armed Forces fighter over the Black Sea, arrived in the suburbs of Odessa.
Near-war publics report that, according to military information, Russian reconnaissance drones have been spotted in the skies of Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Nikolaev, Sumy, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. This indicates additional reconnaissance followed by repeated strikes if “addition” is required.
