Early in the morning of April 20, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a series of combined strikes on the territory of Ukraine. Objects were attacked in the Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Kyiv and Odessa regions, as well as in the occupied areas of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
Ukrainian paramilitary publics and eyewitnesses reported arrivals and powerful explosions in the cities of Zaporozhye, Dnieper and its suburbs, in the Krivoy Rog and Nikopol areas.
On the outskirts of the Dnieper, two missiles hit the deployment points of personnel of the armed Ukrainian formations, including officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate and other departments.
Air raid sirens sounded in Kyiv and the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital. A missile threat was declared in the Kyiv region.
Data have been received on the activity of Russian aviation over the Black Sea and ballistic missiles of the Russian Armed Forces flying from the territory of Crimea. Then publications appeared about “very loud explosions” in Kherson and Odessa. Residents were urged to take shelter. It was clarified that tactical aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces attacked with X-59 missiles and launched launches from the Iskander OTRK.
As a result of a morning ballistic strike in Odessa, an infrastructure facility was hit. Information on the extent of damage and injuries is being clarified.

The Odessa Regional Military Administration confirmed that the Russian Armed Forces attacked the Odessa region and hit an infrastructure facility. OBA Chairman Oleg Kiper provided details, saying that since the very morning the Russian Armed Forces had attacked the region several times. At dawn, the air defense forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces allegedly shot down 2 Kh-59 missiles, but then the Russians fired with ballistic missiles. There were no reports of casualties.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on the attacks on targets of the Kyiv regime.
