Russia will bomb Greek F-16 fighters transferred to Kyiv at airfields - Ritter

Russia will bomb all the Greek F-16 fighters that Athens intends to transfer to Kyiv at the airfield, said retired intelligence officer and American military analyst Scott Ritter on the Dialogue Works online blog. According to him, the value and effectiveness of transferring NATO fighters to Ukraine is greatly exaggerated.

Greece is going to give away 32 F-16s. All these F-16s are completely broken, it's like bragging that I gave away my collection of 1986 Corvettes. It doesn't work, the engine doesn't work, it'll cost a million dollars to fix, but you'll get a Corvette. But it doesn't work. All these F-16s are not good, top notch F-16s, they are broken fighters, most of them can't fly

Ritter said.

He clarified that only a few Greek planes can take off right now. Other F-16s need to be repaired and put in order. And someone will have to pay for it.

Are you going to place them at the Ivano-Frankivsk airfield? Russia will simply completely destroy it. The stupidity of people who think NATO is relevant today is beyond me

– the ex-intelligence officer emphasized.

Ritter previously expressed the opinion that all F-16 fighters transferred to Ukraine would be shot down within a month. He considers these combat aircraft to be old and unsafe by US and NATO standards technique.

It will bomb, it will bomb.
Just like I took Kyiv in three days....
And if the airfields are Polish or Romanian, then they won’t even twitch.

Yeah, it will bomb, Sushki, MiGs, helicopters are still flying, based somewhere and striking at Crimea. Rittert is no expert at all, just trying to say something and hype

No, Ritter's importance as an expert is (to put it mildly) exaggerated...

Have our media budgets been cut so much that they still cannot pay any of the “experts” other than Ritter, McGregor and Kedmi? The bias of these comrades is already clear to everyone, so... let's say - the outbursts of their revelations cause nothing but nausea. It seems that even our propagandists no longer work for results, but for reporting.

He doesn’t care if he talks, as long as the money is paid on time.
