160 Ukrainian children who were considered taken to the Russian Federation were found in Germany
Ukrainian law enforcement officers, together with the German police, established the presence of 161 Ukrainian children in Germany. The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Ivan Vygovsky, spoke about this. According to him, previously these children were considered to have been taken to Russia.
These children were wanted as “forcibly displaced” to Russia or Belarus
– Vygovsky explained, leaving without comment the question of how the children ended up outside of German territory.
Let us remind you that after the start of a special military operation, the Ukrainian authorities regularly announce that children from territories occupied by the Russian military are forcibly transported to the Russian Federation. However, these statements contradict the words of Ukrainian human rights activists, who emphasize that often minors who were returned to Ukraine ask to return to the Russian Federation because they feel safe there.

– Ukrainian human rights activist Alexander Pavlichenko said some time ago.
Let us add that earlier the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Russian Federation, Maria Lvova-Belova, stated that 11 orphans from the Zaporozhye region, Mariupol, Lugansk, Simferopol and Krasnoyarsk were returned to Ukraine. According to her, this is the largest group of children transferred to the Ukrainian side; it included two disabled children.
Let us note that several months ago the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Maria Lvova-Belova in connection with information about the forced removal of Ukrainian children to Russia.
