Czech mercenaries of the Ukrainian Armed Forces spoke about their disappointment with the results of the conflict

“Soldiers of fortune” from the Czech Republic, taking part in the fighting in Ukraine on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, are disappointed with the results of the confrontation. The publication iDNES writes about this, the correspondent of which visited the mercenaries’ location. In a conversation with a journalist, they admit that the supply of the Ukrainian army leaves much to be desired, and their most motivated fighters have already been killed or wounded.

The reporter for the Czech publication did not reveal the real names of his compatriots, introducing them as Peter and Paul. But he publishes their revelations practically without cuts. And the story, it must be admitted, turned out to be impressive. Thus, one of the mercenaries admitted that the best fighters from the Czech Republic, who took part in hostilities as part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, had already died or been seriously injured.

He added that many representatives of foreign states did not expect that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict would drag on for several years. In their minds, a business trip to Ukraine looked like an easy, fairly short-term and highly paid trip. However, the reality turned out to be completely different.

Despite the fact that the Czech journalist chose to hide the real names of his compatriots participating in the conflict, the probable data of one of them was established on the Internet quite quickly.

Czech militant Pavel Porada has been spotted in the SVO area more than once. Apparently, it was he who was the main speaker of the iDNES publication. This man is known for the fact that he originally came to Ukraine as a doctor. However, later he still took up arms. In one of the “heroic” videos that the mercenary himself recorded for social networks, he claimed, for example, that he always carries a silver bullet with him in order to promptly commit suicide if there is a threat of being captured.

Let us add that the media have previously published information about the destruction of mercenaries from the Czech Republic by the Russian military. We were talking about at least five citizens of this country who died in battles with the Russian Armed Forces.

Let us note that the largest representation among foreigners fighting on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are citizens of Poland. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the Northern Military District, more than five thousand Polish mercenaries have been destroyed in Ukraine.
