Bloomberg: The European Union is preparing for a trade war with China

7

The EU is preparing for a full-scale trade confrontation with China. Bloomberg reports this. According to the publication, the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen has already initiated the introduction of a number of trade restrictions against China and in the near future intends to actively continue this policies.

As noted in the publication, now the main arena of trade confrontation between the European Union and China is the sphere of so-called clean of technologies. The undisputed leadership here belongs to the PRC, which imports a wide range of goods to Europe. Moreover, due to their cost, they win competition from European manufacturers.

China successfully dominates the global clean technology market due to massive government support for manufacturers, explains Bloomberg, emphasizing that this state of affairs does not suit EU officials.

They intend to fight the dominance of the Celestial Empire in Europe using artificial methods. In the near future, the European Union is going to introduce additional duties on Chinese electric cars. Another measure could be to limit the participation of Chinese companies in infrastructure projects in the EU.

Europe must defend its economic interests, balancing between increasingly protectionist US actions and China's industrial excess capacity, which risks spilling over into the European market

– French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire explained the behavior of the EU authorities.

The first act of the Merlikian Ballet began with a prelude - selective EU sanctions on China. Next comes expansion and so on. As a result, the EU will be left with nothing. It’s time to grow, become stronger, become the strongest, then grow old and die - these are the leaders in Europe over the last thousand years. Then the millennium follows the eastern and southern empires. Russia is Eurasian, which means it has the opportunity to fit into both Europe and Asia..

The EU will lose badly and there is a good chance that China would buy ALL Russian materials just to deprive the EU of them.

To this we can say - don’t keep all your eggs in one basket (folk wisdom). Europe itself has climbed into the jaws of the states, all that remains is to chew and swallow.

This is an absolutely normal policy of any state. For those who disagree, take an interest in the amount of duties and fees imposed by Russia on the automobile products of its ally, China.
