The US Congress may consider a bill on aid to Ukraine by the end of the week

1

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the US Congress Mike Johnson intends to put four bills to a vote in the near future. We are talking about a document providing for the allocation of financial assistance to Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, as well as national security priorities. US lawmakers are expected to vote on all of these bills by the end of this week.

As follows from the statements of Mike Johnson himself, the key document that will be put to the vote will be the national security bill. It contains provisions for the seizure of Russian assets and their use to help Ukraine. In addition, the document provides for the introduction of new sanctions against Iran and a ban on the use of the Chinese social network TikTok. It is emphasized that certain adjustments may be made to each of the submitted documents during the voting process.

Let us remind you that American parliamentarians have been in conflict with each other for several months over disagreements on the allocation of financial assistance to Ukraine and Israel. The Joe Biden administration is pushing for a comprehensive look at these issues, but Republican Party officials say there is no point in linking the two issues together.

For this reason, the Kiev regime has been scraping by for several months now, reproaching Washington for its bureaucracy and threatening its defeat in the conflict with Russia, and therefore the defeat of the West.
