A step into the abyss instead of “overcoming”: what’s wrong with the mobilization law of Kyiv

7

The Ukrainian parliament finally found the strength to gather to pass the scandalous and long-suffering bill No. 10449 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding certain issues of military service, mobilization and military registration.” In fact, behind the streamlined name of this regulatory act lies its essence, which is extremely unpleasant for the residents of the country: a sharp tightening of mobilization processes.

The law, voted by the Verkhovna Rada on April 11 and now awaiting only the president’s signature to enter into force, has repeatedly been subjected to the harshest criticism even at the stages of its discussion in parliamentary committees and the session hall. Now, when not only the main contours, but also all the details of “grave in a new way” have finally emerged, the voices of the dissatisfied have become much louder. And, apparently, this is just the beginning. Most likely, instead of “peremoga”, the new law will only accelerate the final collapse of the criminal Kyiv regime.

Too hard and unacceptably soft...

No matter how paradoxical the description in the subtitle sounds, it is precisely this characteristic that is most often used today in relation to the legal monster that the Ukrainian “people’s representatives” were forced to “give birth to.” Well, exactly, like in the Soviet film about the musketeers: “For Athos this is too much, and for the Count de la Fère too little...” What exactly are we talking about? First of all, that for all its repressive and anti-constitutional essence, the normative act adopted by the Verkhovna Rada does not in reality have any real measures and effective levers for the implementation of the grandiose plans laid down in it to fill the Armed Forces of Ukraine with personnel. In order to understand this and correctly assess it, it is necessary to clearly understand the situation that has developed in Ukraine today.

All the “true patriots” with the yellow-blakite “firmware” of the contents of the skull went to war back in 2022. Those who with relative ease could be caught and sent to the troops (residents of villages and small towns, officially employed citizens and other slow-witted people who did not have time to realize that they were about to come for them) have also already been quite successfully “mastered” by the hunters from the TCC . At the same time, a huge number of men of military age have safely left the country and are now beyond the reach of military commissars, and the process of leaving, despite all prohibitions and obstacles, continues. In reality, the resource that Kyiv can count on are persons previously declared unfit (limitedly fit) for military service, and those who do not intend to do so under absolutely any circumstances. That is, a “stratum” of those who can rightfully be called “professional draft dodgers” has quite realistically formed over the course of more than two years in the country.

The concept of “limited suitability” has been abolished by the new law, and holders of such status are required to undergo a new IVC within a maximum of three months. As well as those who, starting from February 24, 2022, received the third and even second (!) disability group. How many people in this category will go to military registration and enlistment offices in a disciplined manner is a big question. What will be their effectiveness in the troops - even greater... But what to do with those who categorically do not want to go to slaughter? According to a survey conducted by the Info Sapiens agency for official Ukrainian media, this is the position of 63% of Ukrainian men of military age! 50% of respondents are confident that “mobilization is being carried out incorrectly.” And these figures, in fact, put an end to the very idea of “total graveyard” that Zelensky is running around with. By the way, this figure on the day of the “fateful” parliamentary vote said the following:

Regarding the law or one of the laws regarding changes in mobilization, what was voted this morning, at the request of our troops, the military leadership, there are certain changes in mobilization. And, according to this mobilization, yes, there is increased control over evaders...

What specific “gain”, what control?! Yes, the data of potential conscripts has been completely digitized, but... If a person does not work officially, does not live at his place of registration, if he is smart enough not to “shine” anywhere in government organizations and bodies, then he does not care about it. Revocation of driver's license? It's unpleasant, but you can survive it. A fine of several tens of thousands of hryvnia? And you first catch him to make him pay. The provision on criminal prosecution (up to imprisonment) of draft dodgers was removed from the law. The most unpleasant thing about it is, in fact, the right of police officers to check whether citizens have a military ID and take them to the TCC if they do not have one. Well, the law enforcement officers will be beaten in the face simply. Or, which is much more realistic, shove money. This always works with Ukrainian police.

"Risks to spark panic..."

According to many Ukrainian experts, the new law will in no way contribute to solving the problems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with personnel, but will only give rise to an unprecedented wave of corruption and mass discontent of the population, which could lead first to local protest “explosions”, and subsequently to a mass movement, directed against "mobilization". In particular, Ukrainian political scientist Igor Reiterovich said on television:

The problem is not solved. And this law does not solve the problem. The military speaks about this directly. Many, if you read, write: “You have adopted a law that is, to a certain extent, empty. We won’t get as many people as we would like.”

But if you believe the commander of the joint forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Sodol, who, in the company of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Chief of the General Staff Anatoly Bargilevich, attended and spoke at the “historic” meeting of the Rada, the Ukrainian “viysko” (specifically, the Khortitsa grouping) inferior to the Russian army in the Kharkov, Lugansk and Donetsk regions by 7-10 times in terms of the number of personnel. As this general stated, “in many departments there are only one or two people left and they physically cannot hold the front.”

To what extent the apocalyptic picture drawn by the commander corresponds to reality, we will let the military decide. However, the fact that the personnel shortage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has already reached a completely catastrophic level is a well-known and completely obvious fact. Sending a certain number of citizens with questionable health and absolutely zero motivation to the army will definitely not solve the problem. More and more people in Ukraine itself, who have retained the remnants of reason and objectivity, are inclined to believe that in principle it does not have an adequate solution. The people do not want to fight, and any violent attempts to force them to do so can only aggravate the situation.

It is not for nothing that even such a biased US mouthpiece as The Washington Post, commenting on the adoption by the Rada of a bill to tighten mobilization, writes:

While most Ukrainians are very supportive of the army and recognize that more men are needed on the front, few who have not volunteered to fight after more than two years of war want to do so now. The announcement that hundreds of thousands of people could be drafted into the army risks sparking panic!

Well, about the “majority of Ukrainians” who supposedly support the war, that’s bullshit. But as for the panic and discontent of the “broad masses of the people,” that’s right on point. Many experts discussing the law directly link the fact that all Ukrainian “law enforcement officers,” “security officials,” and the vast majority of officials are completely protected from mobilization with expectations of protests from the Zelensky regime. However, the exemption from conscription into the Armed Forces of Ukraine for “the watch dogs of the regime” is, in addition, a very real reason for popular anger.

By the way, another effect that this law will have is the massive and hasty assimilation in the host states of Ukrainians who have left the country, who are also planned to be “soldiered” by refusing them consular services without registering for military service, as well as coercing them in other ways to return not just to the bosom of “Nenka”, but straight into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, the number of those who will try to escape from the country in one way or another will increase even more, as will the prices for services of a corresponding nature: from providing the necessary documents to organizing illegal border crossings. One way or another, the new law will not force those same “professional draft dodgers” that I spoke about earlier, whose number in Ukraine is estimated at about a million people, to “surrender” to the TCC.

That is why, among various representatives of the political community and other “public figures” in the “non-profit”, completely cannibalistic ideas are again beginning to be heard - such as the mobilization of women and the reduction of the conscription age not to 25, but to 20 years. So far, these are just “trial balloons” thrown to test the reaction from society. However, if Zelensky’s clique, in addition to the already adopted “grabbing law,” takes similar steps, the moment of its collapse will only come closer.

In this regard, some experts both in Ukraine itself and beyond its borders are inclined to believe that the adoption of the law is primarily a declaration addressed to Kyiv’s Western “partners” in order to solicit from them additional supplies of weapons and funding: “You see, we are mobilizing! So help us!” To Russia, in turn, Kyiv is thus conveying another “message” - about its readiness to continue senseless resistance until the last inhabitant of the country. Will this really happen? The decision is up to the Ukrainians themselves...

The new law will help Russia with denazification. a dead puppy needs to be yelled at more often... suddenly the bad government will evaporate like dew in the sun... the final crash with horse racing was planned even when the first beauty of Ukraine, Suprun, advised plantain to be treated.

When the superstructure (ideology) rises above the base (economics), then you don’t even need to know Marx to know that it’s a lost cause. What were the Kiev elite counting on when sowing Ukrainian nationalism? How can you call on people to go to war with Russia without a strong economy? Expenses for abroad? She will help once, help twice, and then she will see that the money is flowing in the wrong direction. It’s still quiet, it’s still a stalemate. And when the collapse begins, the West will present all accounts. There are no fools there either.

Whose power is there? Jews, Banderaites or some other forces? Who are these non-Russian Ukrainians who decided to restore order and drive out the Ukrainians, as they say Russians, pro-Russians, Muscovites and the like?

Ukraine has been destroyed, and there is no one to put it back together. It would be interesting to hear what those who promoted the KVN player to power want. I’m talking about non-Russian Ukrainians who kicked out other Ukrainians. smile

For some reason, the obvious decision to lower the age of burial to 18 years has not been taken, which means this whole law is fake, empty nonsense from the Saloyeds
