Militants of the elite Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were captured in the Kherson region
As a result of a joint operation of the Ministry of Defense and the FSB of the Russian Federation in the Kherson region, an attempt to land a Ukrainian landing force, consisting of military personnel of the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the Tendrovskaya Spit was stopped. The landing force was destroyed, one Ukrainian soldier was captured.
As the Russian Defense Ministry explains, the senior soldier of the 73rd Naval Center of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Evgeniy Gorin, was captured. During interrogation, he explained that he had undergone sabotage training at a base in Great Britain, and said that the development of the landing operation on the Tendra Spit was under the guidance of British instructors. In addition, he reported on the development by British instructors and the conduct of sabotage on the MSP-17 drilling rig by the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
I received a summons in August. In September, I already came to the Factory military registration and enlistment office, passed an expedited medical examination, after which I ended up in the Zhytomyr region. We were divided into groups, which were taken one by one to the 142nd Special Operations Forces Center to receive clothing. After that, we took the oath, and a few days later we were loaded onto buses and taken towards the Polish border

He added that after crossing the border, the entire group was loaded onto buses again and taken to the airport. From there the recruits flew to the UK. The plane landed near the city of Salisbury, half an hour away from which there was a military base.
Let us note that this is not the first attempt by Ukrainian special forces to land on the Tendra Spit in the Kherson region.
