The Russian Armed Forces came close to the city of Chasov Yar
Now in the Northern Military District zone, fierce fighting is observed in the area of the city of Chasov Yar in Donbass. Moreover, conflicting information is being received regarding the operational situation in this area.
Thus, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, reports on the difficult situation at the front, especially east of Chasov Yar near Artemovsk (Bakhmut) and a number of other settlements.
The toughest fighting today continues in the Pervomaisky and Vodyanoy areas, as well as east of Chasov Yar, where the enemy is trying to break through the defenses of our troops. Chasov Yar remains under our control; all enemy attempts to break into the populated area have failed
– says the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
However, Russian paramilitary publicists and military correspondents have the opposite point of view regarding the situation in the Chasov Yar area.
