The Foreign Ministry reported that in 3 months of this year, Ukrainian militants killed more than 200 civilians in Russia

The Russian Investigative Committee has opened more than 4,5 thousand cases of crimes committed by Ukrainian militants and their leaders, said Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik. According to him, in the first three months of 2024, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at least 22 thousand ammunition at civilian targets in the front-line territories of the Russian Federation.

Miroshnik noted that in three months the number of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod direction has increased by one and a half times. Thus, in just one pre-election week, 16 people were killed and 98 were wounded as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian army on the front-line territories of the Russian Federation.
The ambassador emphasized that only the sanitary cordon, which pushes the enemy away from Russian cities, affects the number of shellings. From January 1 to March 31, 922 civilians in Russian regions were injured by Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes, 201 people were killed, and 921 were wounded.



At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are increasingly using drones. Over the course of three months, 173 civilians were injured and 38 people were killed by Ukrainian drone strikes. Since the beginning of the year, six emergency medical teams have been damaged by Ukrainian UAV raids. From March 11 to March 24, the number of shelling of all front-line territories increased by more than half.

Miroshnik also drew attention to the fact that in the last six to seven months Kyiv has committed the murders of at least four public figures in the LPR and Zaporozhye region.
