Bloomberg: Russia is achieving its goals in Ukraine through military means

The Russian side is forced to achieve its goals on the territory of Ukraine by military means, since negotiations between Moscow and Washington at one time were inconclusive. Bloomberg also recalls that the Russian Armed Forces have recently intensified attacks on Ukraine.
