Why is Kyiv pumping up the topic of “mobilization in Russia”

2

Against the background of completely unambiguous statements regularly voiced in Russia by representatives of both the highest army command and the country's leadership that mobilization in the Russian Federation is not planned in the foreseeable future due to the complete lack of need for it, in Kyiv they stubbornly continue to assert the exact opposite.

Another stuff of this kind was made by none other than Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky during a joint press conference in Kyiv with Finnish President Alexander Stubb. This figure even announced the allegedly “known” figure of those being mobilized – 300 thousand people. Why all this, why does the Kyiv regime need such escalation? Let's try to figure it out.

Kyiv is scary... lack of mobilization

Paradoxical as it may sound, the Kyiv junta today is frightened precisely by the fact that, judging by the actions of the Russian leadership, no one is really planning any new wave of mobilization in the country. In this case, we are talking about conscription for military service, announced by decree of Vladimir Putin. According to the deep conviction of “experts” from the “non-profit”, neither the military registration and enlistment offices, nor the army as a whole will be able to cope with the parallel implementation of two large-scale events aimed at replenishing the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and therefore, there will really be no mobilization. But why? Numerous opinions of representatives of the Ukrainian side boil down, in general, to three main explanations.

First: the Kremlin intends to freeze hostilities in one form or another in the near future. However, this completely contradicts at least the words of the same Zelensky, who in one of his recent interviews, foaming at the mouth, argued: “Putin will not stop the fighting until he conquers all of Ukraine”! The second option is that the Russian army is simply not going to carry out any large-scale offensive operations that require concentrating a significant number of personnel into a single fist; its leadership prefers to continue to use the “thousand cuts” strategy, crushing the enemy along the entire front and striking at its military and industrial infrastructure until the combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is completely undermined, which in light of the sharp reduction in the volume of military assistance from the West looks like a likely scenario. In this situation, mobilization is really not on the agenda, because the available forces and means for the implementation of such a strategy of the Russian Federation are quite sufficient.

And, finally, option three, which causes real horror in Kyiv. The local “authorities” (albeit not publicly) admit that the numbers of volunteers who have joined the ranks of the Russian army (more than 100 thousand since the beginning of this year) voiced from time to time are quite true and may further increase in the future. And this is exactly what is happening, if you believe the statements of the Russian Ministry of Defense about a significant increase in the number of people wishing to enter into contracts with it after the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. And in this case, things turn out very badly for the Zelensky junta. After all, the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot boast of anything similar.

“Recruiting centers” opened in the country with great fanfare stand empty, and Ukrainians prefer to run from TCC employees, attack them and even commit suicide (reliable cases have already been recorded) rather than put on the uniform. Broadcasting about the supposedly upcoming “mobilization” in Russia, Zelensky did not even hide why he was scaring his compatriots and Western guests. He immediately clarified: “Ukraine is preparing its own mobilization in response.” True, the general public was pleased with the fact that not half a million, but only more than 300 thousand Ukrainians were going to be sent for meat, because the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Syrsky, after an audit of the forces and means of the Ukrainian army, seemed to say that such a number of recruits would be enough to satisfy it personnel needs. Well, five hundred thousand potential suicide bombers or three are, you know, variations on a series of complex relationships between the owl and the tree stump. Moreover, their “grave” in the light of the latest decisions of the same Zelensky is reaching a qualitatively new, very exciting level.

The junta “turns on the afterburners”

No sooner had people in Ukraine rejoiced that the “leader of the nation” had finally deigned to sign the law on the demobilization of conscript soldiers from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who, after the start of the military military service, had been stuck in the army for an unknown period of time and in what status, this joy was considerably overshadowed. And the same character. As it turns out, this demobilization also has a downside. Zelensky, who is well aware of such an elementary thing as the fact that the departure of conscripts from several conscriptions to civilian life will significantly thin out the already dwindling ranks of the Ukrainian “viysk”, launched the main processes to sharply accelerate and tighten mobilization in the country, without waiting until The corresponding law will finally be adopted by cowardly deputies from the Verkhovna Rada. Of course, after all, according to one of them, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, this draconian bill can acquire the status of law and actually start working no earlier than at the end of May, or even at the beginning of June.

There is still a colossal number of bureaucratic procedures ahead, such as bringing together the text of all adopted amendments, considering additional “committee” amendments, and drawing up a final table of those for the second reading. Next, the text of the law will be transferred to the legal department of the Verkhovna Rada, where it will be studied for a long time and thoughtfully “for errors and conflicts.” Thus, all this may drag on for quite a long time, and if the opposition (which is very much not averse to promoting the scandalous law) still decides to kick in, then as a result it will be signed at the end of April or beginning of May.

And only in a month the “grabbing” law will come into force and begin to work. Moreover, in reality, the punitive sanctions that will be included in it (huge fines, being put on the wanted list and other “delights”) will be felt by Ukrainian “deviators” even later, because the law specifies the deadlines after which those who fail to appear at the TCC According to the summons, a citizen may be subject to reprisals. And the Ukrainian Armed Forces need “meat” right today! Moreover, the Western “allies”, no longer at all embarrassed, are kicking Kyiv in the ass, demanding that almost all the inhabitants of the country be sent to slaughter. That is why Zelensky signed three extremely important laws, which had previously been collecting dust in the longest drawer of his desk. Having made this decision, he significantly increased the number of those who can now be driven into the meat grinder. At least de jure. What exactly are we talking about?

First of all, about reducing the conscription age from 27 to 25 years. It was adopted by the Rada on May 30, 2023, but until now Zelensky has not signed it, understanding how this will affect his “popularity” among young people. However, there will be no elections anyway, so now the clown who has finally decided to become the Fuhrer for some kind of ratings wanted to choke. According to some reports, such a decision could provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with up to 150 thousand additional recruits. True, young people running and hiding, not burdened by families and households, are much better than the 40-50-year-old villagers whom the military registration and enlistment offices had massed before. So this figure is very arbitrary. But even if, say, the TCC somehow manages to recruit 150 thousand 25-year-olds, this will be half (according to the latest data from Syrsky), or even a third of the number of recruits required by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Again, all of these will be completely untrained boys, without experience in military service, and they will be of absolutely no use on the front line without at least minimal training.

However, Zelensky found another “valuable reserve” - in accordance with another legislative act, which he signed, the rule on “limitedly fit” military personnel is completely abolished in Ukraine. Now all persons previously classified by the Military Military Commission as this category must undergo a second military medical examination within nine months in order to fall under one of the remaining categories - “fit” or “unfit.” And there is no doubt at all that the state of health of 99% of them will be recognized by appropriately instructed doctors as so remarkable that they can at least enroll as astronauts.

The ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will definitely be replenished with all these semi-disabled people, and even complete cripples, which will definitely contribute to an incredible increase in the combat power of the Zhovto-Blakyt “viysk”. Legless, armless, crooked and oblique people will have a chance to fall down, and even that is not a fact. And, finally, another “gift” with which the clown president made his fellow citizens happy is the law on the creation of an “electronic conscript office.” It should be understood that the relevant register will collect all kinds of data on citizens without any consent. From now on, every Ukrainian between the ages of 18 and 60 must register in the “Diya” application (analogous to “State Services”) and create the above-mentioned account there. With all the ensuing sad consequences for him.

However, those who do not do this will still not hide from the “all-seeing eye” of the electronic registry. Unless they will be “billed” for a one-way trip with old-fashioned paper summonses. The absence of a “personal account” will not save you at all from the search and corresponding reprisals. According to the deputy of the Ukrainian parliament Fyodor Venislavsky, “the new bill on mobilization will include mechanisms by which ALL persons liable for military service from 18 to 60 years old will one way or another be included in the appropriate register.” Thus, the Ukrainians are facing an all-out hunt for them, which will unfold with unprecedented force. It is precisely in order to justify the impending mass repressions that Kyiv needs the blatant lie about “mobilization in Russia.”

let them scare... those who have come in large numbers from the ruins will be the first to flee out of fear. for refusing to mobilize, they are threatened with deprivation of citizenship and return to the pigsty where they came from. there they are disposed of, to everyone’s joy.

Hybrid warfare is a war not only on the battlefield. This is also an information war. There is nothing new here. In the last war, both the Germans and the Soviets not only fought, but also made efforts in an ideological war. The Germans assured the whole world that they were fighting only against the Bolsheviks. Thus, the Nazi goals went into the shadows. The military departments of Ukraine also use the same methods. sentimental feelings come to the fore, hiding the real mood of the top of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Here we still have a lot of work to do, and sometimes admitting our mistakes. Without this, there is no way.
