In anticipation of the upcoming 2019, many companies are attracting the attention of users with announcements of upcoming new products. Microsoft was no exception, which tirelessly continues to popularize its latest version of the operating system - Windows 10. This time, developers want to "teach" the shell to recognize the user by the face.

It turns out that the IT giant plans to release two new devices - webcams for Windows 10 and Xbox. So, according to statements, the first one will allow you to use the face recognition feature of the “computer host” on any PC running Windows 10. The second one provides access to the Kinect function. With it, you can easily log in to your account without entering credentials. Moreover, in addition to accessing profiles by the face of the device, they will learn to “recognize” not only the owner of the PC, but also members of his family.

As it became known, the Surface project manager from Microsoft Panos Panay has already talked about the possibility of the corporation releasing its own webcams under the aforementioned brand. The Surface Hub 2 device was repeatedly cited as an example. If Microsoft really releases its own camera in 2019, then all computers running Windows 10 will receive the face recognition function (Hello), which has long been needed by both ordinary and business users PC.
