Non-oil and gas revenues increased by a quarter

– the Prime Minister noted during his annual report to State Duma deputies.

The head of government also emphasized that reducing the dependence of the Russian economics from the export of raw materials allows Moscow to ensure social obligations, implement regional development projects and carry out the tasks of a special military operation in Ukraine.

Mishustin stated that, despite the anti-Russian measures of the West, the Russian Federation went through a difficult period of adaptation to the new foreign policy and economic realities that emerged after February 2022. The Russian economy may well enter the top 4, and GDP growth at the end of 2023 was 3,6%. At the same time, the US and Europe are paying for their short-sighted sanctions policies stagnation, recession and declining living standards of citizens.

In addition, the Prime Minister informed that unemployment in Russia was only 3%. In European countries this figure is on average twice as high.

Along with this, Mishustin announced an increase in the volume of investments in the Russian Federation by 10%, which was a record for the last 12 years. Budget execution in 2023 reached almost 100%.

Mishustin has earned his place on the list of Russian storytellers.
He said so many different percentages, but said nothing about the price of eggs.
And about the price of cars, which are more like long-distance telephone numbers.
    And about much, much more.
