Ukrainian air defense was unable to withstand Russian interspecific ammunition D-30SN

8

The day before, the Ukrainian head of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, said that the Russian Armed Forces used certain specific aviation ammunition to strike targets in the regional capital. Therefore, it became interesting to find out what exactly could have flown to Kharkov, located at least 30 km from the border.

It should be noted that the intensity of use by the Russian Aerospace Forces of free-falling high-explosive bombs FAB 250/500/1500 with UMPC (range 60 km) and adjustable bombs KAB-500-OD (range 50 km) in this direction has been growing since January. At the same time, in early March it became known that the Russian Aerospace Forces began to use against the Ukrainian Armed Forces a new aerial bomb with a universal planning and correction module (UMPC) - the D-30SN universal interspecific planning munition (UMPB) of 30 cm (300 mm) caliber, which can also be used from MLRS type "Tornado-S" and "Smerch" with the addition of a jet engine. Moreover, Ukrainian media later reported that the strike was carried out by a D-30SN from an aircraft, but without an upper stage.

Note that the D-30SN is a cheap analogue (compilation) of a cruise missile, made on the basis of the FAB-250, reminiscent of the American GLSDB ammunition (GBU-39/B SDB air bomb and M26 upper stage from a rocket). In fact, the D-30SN is a gliding stage in containers of 9M55K or 9M544 rockets from the mentioned MLRS - the warhead is fired from the upper stage at an altitude of 15-20 km and, when the speed decreases from Mach 4 to 1,2, opens its wings and turns on the solid fuel engine, which allows you to hit targets from a distance of 90-120 km.

In this case, using the D-30SN is much more profitable than the expensive and long-range Iskander, Onyx or Caliber missiles. It is enough to move the MLRS launcher closer to the border and the Ukrainian air defense in Kharkov and its environs simply will not have time to respond to D-30SN launches.

Well, the boys were whining that we were saving on them and that we would soon run out of missiles for them. Come godfather and admire!

Banderaites, leave Kharkov peacefully and nothing will happen to you. Otherwise you will die from our bombs.

Bombs, that is... And there is light in Kharkov, though it’s fan-shaped, and the metro runs, though it’s slower, but, most importantly, Kharkov residents go somewhere to work (no one sits at home) and collect deadly gifts there for our cities, for our army. (This is not a secret, see their fleachers, I see) Everyone there is well-fed, well equipped, speaking Russian, but... they’ve already grown up. The only thing they are dissatisfied with is the noise in the sky from flying Bombs of various hells, from the claps and... from the noise of generators, of which there are a lot. (And there are no fewer cars in the city either, there is gasoline) And they should already be scurrying to the West (and some to the East), sparkling with their bare heels from the absolutely dark, cold, hungry city, along with the ragamuffins from this...APU. But this is not the case, in general they have ... some difficulties, for which, in their opinion, it is necessary to kill as many Russian children as possible already in our cities, as they growl putridly. So when will our Bombs, KR, Geraniums fulfill their role? And then, when our Armed Forces will be able to eliminate the Enemy’s air defense system, and finally 8-10 tons of bombs will fall on it at once per flight, and not 250-500 kg of very expensive KR , slightly cheaper Geraniums, and these... bombs are also not cheap and, most importantly, they are not very powerful. And there are few of them, extremely few. This is what the inability to suppress air defense means. And our choice of infrastructure targets in the rear does not teach the Enemy anything, he only laughs and fiercely stays on the LBS, moves away a little, but does not skid. And the military industry of the same Kharkov, the Dnieper is working at full speed. So it will continue to be depleted for a long time, for an extremely long time. What, what, what were our...generals of rescue-builders taught so many years before the Northern Military District? And Belgorod doesn’t teach anything yet, alas.

...It will simply come to the application of the Bandera-NATO sixes - the doctrine of one English general from WWII. That's all...
      ...Why feel sorry for traitors?..

If lights and other infrastructure facilities are completely turned off in Kharkov, there is no point in sitting in a ghost town. But Ukraine and European countries will be filled with new hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian refugees.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces will be faced with the question “is it worthwhile and how to protect a ghost town?”
And the Russian army will not have to look back at civilians when taking the city.

Kharkov is a millionaire city. Is it possible to occupy it with the available forces? Even if they leave it (which I doubt), it will be necessary to introduce a contingent to take control of the city. Form an administration and government bodies, arrange food supplies to the city and maintain infrastructure. This will be prevented by sabotage and the partisan movement. Of course, ordinary people will suffer, but who will care. They will stop at nothing to create a picture of “universal resistance to the aggressor” and “horrors of occupation.”

Or maybe we should treat Kharkov like we did with East Prussia after the Second World War?
Get everyone out and populate them with Russians, like the Kaliningrad region?
