The Economist: Ukraine is late with the construction of defensive lines, all that remains is to pray
The British magazine The Economist, in a large publication, expresses confidence that Russia is preparing for a new big offensive at the front. Journalists of the publication believe that after the spring thaw, the Russian Armed Forces can make a serious leap forward.
The article lists all the main problems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: lack of personnel, weapons and ammunition. The magazine recalled that Western partners are not yet able to provide the promised assistance, and therefore the situation for the Ukrainian army is close to catastrophic.
